Brand new hotel on a golf course, beautiful pool, very comfortable beds. Will definitely go back again.

Very clean, staff were helpful and nice.

We actually arrived into town a little early so I called to see if our room was ready and they said it would cost me $75 to check in early. That is completely ridiculous. Especially since she told me a room was ready. Needless to say I was very angry. I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else if the room wasn’t already paid in full. Thankfully the hotel and room were very clean and nice. Not sure if I will book at a Hyatt again though with that kind of early check in policy.

This property was amazing Staff was friendly Breakfast was good Property was well kept I had a golf view room overlooking the pool it was beautiful I would definitely stay there again

3pm we end up getting the room at 4.00pm.I which it doesn't happen again if we decide to stay in there.

A lot better my second visit. Second level was much quieter. Room was cleaner this time.

Excellent stay, very clean hotel, pool towels always available . General Manager was very welcoming as well as the gentleman at the bar. Overall great staff! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This was our first time to Destin and we now have our “go-to” location for sure. We decided to extend our stay and Shan & Sammy made the process so easy. They were so professional and friendly as were all the staff we interacted with. The room was clean, beds comfy and the restroom was clean and big. The place is beautiful, pool is amazing and has gorgeous view of the golf course.

Very clean and orderly and the breakfast was a plus. No housekeeping service the next day was my only hang up, otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Location was perfect, close to shops and the beach. The room was perfect, clean, great pool that the kids enjoyed. Staff were kind and helpful. Definitely will be back to stay here again.

Everything was absolutely magnificent! My husband and I travel a lot, but having the opportunity to meet the general manager was a true honor. It was inspiring to see someone in such a management position genuinely embody the spirit of teamwork; he was actively wiping tables and putting out condiments for the guests! I highly recommend staying at this location—you won’t regret it. We can’t wait to visit again very soon. All the staff was very helpful and hospitable.

The tall lady on reception is very rude. noticed that she was the same as another client, that things were missing from the room. She worked on July, 25 and August, 30.

Overall will definitely return. Clean rooms n bath. Comfortable beds. Spacious suite, enjoyed the small kitchen with refrigerator . The first floor elevator was wet from pool visitors. Slippery conditions.
