Hotel Chataura

I booked a king size and twin bunk bed online, got there and the guy in front said they don’t have bunk beds. So why is it on the website then. Gave us two queens instead and man I will never go back again. First and last time. Saw a roach looking bug, underneath the beds was all kinds of foods and dirt/dust. Look like mold in the bathroom. Man was I disappointed, had my kids with me too.

Every floor smells like cigarette smoke. Not a lot of space to move around in the room there’s a random small open area in the room that seems to have no use. Immediately washed my clothes in fear of bed bugs at a different hotel. Just stay somewhere else unless you’re tight on money and can tolerate that sort of environment.

Wow is all I can say this place is not in the greatest shape. We got checked in around 8 at night booked online decide to change and go out on the town came back to realize it was actually as bad as the reviews say… this place needs more help that they can give it. Yes floors were dirty did smell of cigarettes and pot but it was cheap. I will say this much I took a shower before I left to wash a unpleasant feeling off me… there were things one the floor in our friends room that should have never been there (needle cap) there room was disturbing and disgusting but didn’t till next morning… save you money

Nothing It had bed bugs and it was the worse hotel ever

Nothing worked in room...tv wouldn't work, phone line appeared to be cut, coffee maker in lobby didnt work and overall feeling of hotel seemed like for pimps and addicts. Staff was very friendly...we checked out bout an hour after checking in

Paper thin walls one of the situations if the walls could talk they would. Not bad over all just somewhere to sleep.

Parking

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very cheap. The coffee in the lobby was exceptionally good—my friend and I kept going back for more. The room was gross. Bathroom smelled of urine and the sheets were stained. And the air conditioner was broken.

Super dirty!! Mattress was black under the sheets. Shower floor was horrendous.

Was like a small stink jail cell…wouldn’t recommend to anyone….

When I stopped by a couple of days after my stay to get a receipt for a refund of the $50 deposit I made (it hadn't shown up on my bank account yet), the front desk told me they smelled marijuana in the room after my stay. I do not smoke marijuana. They told me I had been designated "DNR Do Not Rent" because I smoked marijuana in the room. They are keeping my money under false pretenses. I will contact Expedia to see if I can get help from them in getting my $50 deposit money back.

There’s only one light in the bathroom, so the shower is very dark, I had to turn on my phone, flashlight to take a shower in the evening. I did not even get under the covers of the bed because they were multiple stains and custody spots. I did not believe that they would do anything about it, so I ended up just sleeping on a couple towels in my clothes and I put a T-shirt over one of the pillows. I understand that this is a very cheap place, but I also don’t think that should so severely affect the quality of at least how clean the rooms are. I understand that that will affect the amenities, and updates. But as far as the job you pay rheum attendance to do when it comes to cleaning and making sure things don’t get reused in the room, that I expect to be pretty similar from place to place. If you do stay here, I would definitely bring your own pillows and blankets, and maybe a lantern or something for the bathroom.

The lack of a working TV, A/C, Phone, soaps, and a clean floor.
