There’s only one light in the bathroom, so the shower is very dark, I had to turn on my phone, flashlight to take a shower in the evening. I did not even get under the covers of the bed because they were multiple stains and custody spots. I did not believe that they would do anything about it, so I ended up just sleeping on a couple towels in my clothes and I put a T-shirt over one of the pillows. I understand that this is a very cheap place, but I also don’t think that should so severely affect the quality of at least how clean the rooms are. I understand that that will affect the amenities, and updates. But as far as the job you pay rheum attendance to do when it comes to cleaning and making sure things don’t get reused in the room, that I expect to be pretty similar from place to place. If you do stay here, I would definitely bring your own pillows and blankets, and maybe a lantern or something for the bathroom.

A place to lay your head. And no bugs. Okay

the room wasnt bad . Kinda cramped for a king size bed.No vending machines worked. Also the lobby was really shabby. It looked like a hotel in downtown Baghdad.

I had the worst time the power without when I asked about. When will the power be coming back on? They had a young teenager at the desk telling me, I had to wait until Monday to talk to a manager. This was on Friday, July 3rd, there was no power in the room. You\n Could not even use the shower cause the water was cold. So when I tried to talk to the manager that followed week before I checked out on that Tuesday, I was told that I should have checked out that Friday when I had flew in from San Francisco and they will not refund. My money , because I ordered online so since they were so insensitive in how they treated me, I did contact my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau and I am going to contact anybody I can because I felt I was given injustice for a room that I could not take a shower in. Are relax in because of no power and no hot water. They told me was because of the storm they were coming in and out, but more than half the hotel was still lit up and when I looked at rules from outside their rooms were still they're on power was still on in their rooms. So that lets me know that there was something wrong with the idea that I flew in from out of town , and they could not accommodate me with a rule that works

The sheets were not clean - there were stains. It’s like they just made the bed and didn’t change the sheets after the last person used them. It was gross.

Place was good for 1 night stay, but no mini fridge or anything like that

I didn't like how the vending machines weren't working or the elevator. My bathroom outlet wasn't working. The air conditioning wasn't working properly.
-
The old saying you get what you pay for couldn’t be any more true for my experience at this hotel. It is not clean at all.

I did not stay and will like a refund please. The area was not safe and had sex traffikers

I didn't expect much for the price point, but the property and room I was given were just very dirty and most of the rooms amenities were decrepid and at or over their respective lifecycle (i.e. a/c barely worked and was also caked with dust). The room was clearly not swept at all, there was garbage and bottles under the bed and night stand, the toilet was dirty, the shower was in poor condition with missing tiles and what appeared to be potential mold in areas, and the mattress was gross (but I guess the sheets/blanket were okay?). I guess the only positive I could state about the overall condition of the room was, as far as I could tell, there weren't any bugs. The price was cheap but honestly should have been even cheaper for what it was. I've stayed in some semi-sketchy hotels before and this one is among the worst, although I'll give some credit that there are probably worse hotels out there and the staff seemed decent enough. I just needed a place to crash for the night last minute. Anyway, the general consensus based on other reviews are in fact accurate unfortunately and not people just being overly critical or harsh. Due to all these reasons, I simply cannot recommend this property for others to stay, and I'll never come back again. Saved a little bit of money opting for a cheaper stay and got what I paid for, I guess. Wish I would have just shelled out the extra cash and got a more comfortable room. Lesson learned.

Good accomodation and great price

Staff was great just a storm hit and knocked the power out for the entire stay

The hotel was extremely dirty and there’s no management on the property during the weekends. They only process your refunds on Monday so if you plan to stay for the weekend then you won’t be able to get your deposit after you check out if you pay cash. They keep telling you to come Monday. We didn’t have any power also due to a storm and we asked to be moved to another room that has power and they refused. Extreme lack of customer service support and skills. Very frustrating stay. Also the beds were so dirty if you lift the sheets up it looks like it’s been urinated on for years. I might have to have the board of health come check this place out. The hotel was in a state of extreme disarray, and there was no management present on the property during the weekends. Refunds were only processed on Monday, which would prevent guests from receiving their deposits after checking out if they paid cash. The hotel repeatedly requested that guests return on Monday. Additionally, a storm caused a power outage, and we requested to be relocated to a room with power. However, the hotel refused our request. The hotel’s lack of customer service and expertise was extremely frustrating. Furthermore, the beds were extremely dirty, with the sheets appearing to have been urinated on for years. I may have to involve the board of health to investigate this matter further.

Nothing Had to change rooms 3 times due to the ac not working, mold in room. Then power went out 2 hours after we got in a decent room, and we had to find another hotel to stay at

This is the worse hotel I have ever been to the lights went out everyone was in the lobby no air it was all bad

So. If you love historic properties as I do you may love it. Built in 1923, inexpensive. I felt mostly safe. But not for the timid. (I think I smelled pot, a woman was screaming at her kids in the lobby.) Beautiful old window sill, radiator disguised with a covering, great old doors. AC was a window unit fortunately it worked well. Clean. Not sure I’d stay there again but glad I had the experience.

I can’t say what I liked because there was nothing to like

The staff was friendly and there is shopping nearby. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, although the room and tv were minimal. I would definitely stay here again. The 1926 Ford is epic in the lobby!

Parking was only appropriate

Bed is dirty and the sound insulation of the room is really bad. I couldn't fall asleep. The real condition of the room is big different with the pics that they put on the Internet.
