Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Dearborn

The property was very nice and clean!! I have never had a hotel room with a courtyard view, so that was very nice! The only thing that bothered me was that our bathroom toilet we had to flush a few times for it to fully flush.

Our room carpet was damp, by morning the carpet all in front was really wet and spreading the refrigerator must been leaking. Air is not cool it felt like a fan. For two nights over$800 they should be 120-140 not what they are charging you can call front desk no one answers the tiny restaurant/bar is small. Not much to pick from, one guy running it he takes your order, you pay him and makes the drinks and while trying to do the food orders. That one man was the only worker on a Friday and Saturday night. The lady at front desk brings her 2 children with her which plays at restaurant/bar which was open room to front desk. I will NEVER stay there again they over charge when a motel 8 would have been better and saved 700 because it was like being there with them over charge.

I had no issues nor complaints. A pretty basic stay.

This hotel was so disappointing. We rented 2 suites and it was an instant regret as soon as we entered the rooms. They are very outdated and in need of much work. When they advertise tub and shower just know it is a tiny old tub. The toilets sit so low to the ground it is very strange. The worst experience of the stay was after the first morning I went to open the balcony curtain and grabbed ahold of a huge blood stain on the curtains! We packed up immediately and checked out a day early! When leaving the only thing they had to say was they would credit me back for that night we weren't staying. That really does not compensate for grabbing blood! I would truly not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean. The room was spacious. And the staff was very nice. I was a little surprised that out in Dearborn, I still had to pay $10 a night for parking.

The hotel was nice. Even though the front desk employee was extremely busy, she was nice and very helpful.

Overall clean and helpful staff, but dated. Room does not have safe or hair dryer, but has a microwave which we found odd. Overall typical for what you would find for this type of hotel.
