Breakfast needs to improve . Everything else was great except the shower stopped putting out hot water.

We had a late checking and the guy was very friendly and gave really good suggestions for dinner. In the morning, I asked for things to see and do in Detroit. The Housekeeper and front desk person was rude, said they are not from there and didn't know anything about Detroit.

We picked this hotel specifically for the king size bed and trundle bed combo. There were no sheets or blankets for the trundle bed, and no blankets available at all for the entire time we stayed there. We were told other guests stole the blankets, and they didn't seem to care that a lack of bedding took away the value of the room. At no time during our 5 day stay did they try to provide a blanket, even after calling the corporate office to make them aware of the situation. The breakfast wasn't good either. Eggs were consistently over cooked, and items that ran out 30 minutes before the end were not replensished. Our key cards needed to be reprogrammed several times. Positives: rooms were nice and quiet, thermostats worked, parking was ok.

Everything was great from start to finish.

I loved the property especially the rooms were updated and the suite was spacious! I love the bathroom had an update walking shower with swinging doors. They had the refrigerator and microwave in a nice hidden cabinet, so it was very well put together.

The hotel is new so it's clean and in great shape. Breakfast was wonderful. The check-in was a bit slow. They appeared to be understaffed at the front desk when we arrived.

The property itself was up to the normal high standards of a Springhill Suites.

We stayed for 3 nights but the keycard stopped working every morning. We had to stop by the front desk to get new cards.

Excellent stay! Rooms are clean and new.

The staff and rooms were nice. The included parking and breakfast made this a great place to stay as well! The hallways gave the hotel an older vibe, but nothing too bad. The pool was small and was overcrowded while we were there, so we didn’t utilize it.

It was a cool spot the bed was comfortable I almost missed the show sleep.Breakfast was nice .The lady at the front desk held it down. Booking .Com seems like it did not communicate that I had paid for my booking already it was a little snag but it wasn’t that bad.

Breakfast was good. I was surprised to see turkey sausage as the meat option so I thought that was a plus. My stay was for a weekend and everything I needed I got without asking so no dislikes from me.

This was a great hotel for a quick night stay.
