My stay was excellent! My family and I booked this hotel for our Family Reunion this weekend, and coincidentally, it ended up being the host hotel for the reunion! My check-in was smooth, and the staff was very helpful and assisted with any needs we had. The rooms were beautiful! Clean, spacious, with a modern aesthetic that I enjoyed. The other plus was that it was in a good location, not too far from where most of the family events were. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to travel to the area.

Very satisfied! The room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was great, parking was ok, just very full.

The room was huge and very comfortable for me and my daughter. The breakfast was acceptable with several options. The room was clean. The property is overall clean with some signs of wear (carpet stains, etc). The staff were efficient but not overly friendly. They did their jobs so no complaints. The website had the wrong checkout out time listed so we stayed an hour longer than we were supposed to.

On my 3rd of 5 night stay. I went to grab a bite to eat. Upon my return, I parked in the rear entrance as I did all the other days, it was more convenient. there was a manager at my door, I had asked if there was a problem and was told they were rekeying all the doors. I asked why I was not notified and they said there were signs in the lobby. I pointed to the back door and said I have been using this entrance and again why were guests not notified. She stood on her soapbox saying there was a sign in the lobby. She gratuitously let me in my room and went to the lobby to get me new keys. In the morning I left and returned and could not enter the back door. I drove to the front and they rekeyed the key. She watched me get into my car and drive around. They key didnt work.. I drove back to the front and told her I couldn’t get into the back door to get to my room. She then explained that the outer doors were not rekeyed and I could only use the front entrance. There was no parking in the front and I had to park in the back… it was ridiculous. Why not notify the guess with a notice under thier door and fully explain the situation instead of all the back on forth.

This is also my very first time being in a hotel that can’t offer a baby crib!!! We asked for one, but were told that they have only 3, that were all given to other guests
-
We enjoyed our short stay by taking a refreshing dip in the hotel pool! Just minutes away from many food and shopping options as well as close to the Henry Ford.

Rooms were clean and staff was nice
-
Love the large rooms, breakfast is always great. It’s our 4th time staying here. 1st time we were able to use the pool which was great.
-
They clean the room daily Easy parking and the hotel is in the middle of everything
-
The management service was awful at the front desk in the evening. We did not have extra sheets or blankets and was told they did not have any extras clean. Had to wait at the desk for 30 minutes for management to help us while they were sitting in the back the whole time.

Thank you.
-
The break fast was below par. I would rather that the room rate was better.
-
Room was nice and updated. Only drawback was the room doors with the automatic closers was noisy
-
My room was also noisy since it connects to another room through locked doors.
-
The location, facilities, cleanliness The room phone did not work, and no extra blankets/pillows for the couch bed
-
The room service was nice great customer service. In terms of breakfast it could be better.
-
Room was clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fine and the parking was also fine. They let us check-in early which was very helpful for our circumstances since we had to be somewhere at 5:00 that day, so it made it less stressful having to check in later in the day.

Worst Service ever and i've travelled all around the world.
