Location worked out very well, room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - just wish it was served earlier. Room needed some fixing up - shades did not work (reported and they did fix). No desk chair to sit on. And when pulling in with trailer always difficult with concrete curbs at entrances.

The room was larger than expected and super clean. I can’t think of anything that could have been better to be honest, I really enjoyed my stay!

None I was very disappointed with the way the checkout was handled. In most hotels, the front desk usually calls the room to confirm whether the guest is checking out or extending their stay. If the hotel is fully booked, they may also politely remind guests of the checkout time. Instead, a staff member came directly to my room and knocked very loudly on the door, which startled me. When I opened the door, he simply said “CHECK OUT” in a loud and unpleasant tone. What made the situation even worse was what happened when I reached the front desk. I asked the same employee who had knocked on my door whether the phone in my room was working. He said yes. I then asked why he did not simply call me instead of aggressively knocking on my door. His response was shocking. He told me that checkout time had arrived and that it was his “right” to come and knock on my door. I explained that this was not about whether he had the right to knock — it was about basic courtesy and hospitality. A simple phone call would have handled the situation professionally and respectfully. Instead, he continued by saying that checkout time had already arrived and that I was supposed to leave. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced this kind of attitude from a hotel employee. The issue was not the checkout time; the issue was the employee’s behavior, tone, and complete lack of hospitality and professionalism. This final interaction completely ruined my impression of the stay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel, and I definitely would not stay here again.

Our favorite was the breakfast provided. There were ample choices, and everything was fresh and good. We liked having access to 24 hour fresh complementary coffee. Our room was nice and clean. Nice roomy open shower.

Everything about our stay was wonderful - staff, cleanliness, breakfast, location, quiet room, well-maintained exterior. Highly recommend!

The room we were originally assigned at check-in had broken blinds and the main door seal at the bottom was broken off meaning you could hear everything from the hallway. We returned to the check-in desk and the gentleman quickly reassigned us to a different room. Only cleanliness note was some hair still on the linen. The housekeeper who prepared our room put extra effort in making everything else spotless, and included bows on the toilet paper and a rose in the tissue box. Would absolutely stay again.

The staff was very nice, helpful, and polite. I really appreciate them I reserved through a third party, and the information did not get totally communicated.

The fact that everywhere was clean. I tried speaking with housekeeping but the ladies didn't speak English with no one to help me. Asked for a room with a bathtub and got a shower
