My children and I loved our stay and breakfast was very good!

Nice room for a quick girls getaway for concert w 2bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed. You have to go to front desk for linen for pull out bed. Room was pretty clean

The room is very spacious and very well maintained. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is just fine.

The kitchen fridge was not maintained at all. It was not clean. The main door did not lock. Anyone was able to walk into the building. Building C Room 146. The building was not secured at all.

Nice , friendly, clean, breakfast 5 star staff. Location excellent for Ford Museum ! Only 15 drive to Comerica park !

The kitchen was clean, but the refrigerator was rusty on the outside, but it worked well. I went there to use the pool, but it has never been open per the staff. I was disappointed about that.

Nothing really very disappointed Could not get my refund should've been told pool closed since 2017 never opened false advertising ? fan in bathroom scream all night bad service PERIOD....

The towels was dingy with stains There was clothes left in the room Oven wasn't clean.

Good hotel to stay at close to everything

This was the perfect place to stay 5 nights in Dearborn visiting our son and his wife. The staff is phenomenal - everyone we dealt with was attentive and helpful. We travel with our cat and the layout of our queen one bedroom suite was perfect for allowing us to sleep while allowing her to run around at night chasing her toys. Additionally, the room has TWO desks - this was perfect for my husband who works from home on his computer and for me to have place to use my laptop that didn't require balancing it in my lap. The convenience of the shopping center just a few short minutes walk from the hotel cannot be underappreciated! Our breakfasts every morning were excellent - hot and cold choices every day and coffee available non-stop. We will definitely stay here on our next visit s well! The breakfast room is very tight - lots of tables and chairs making it difficult to move around. We were disappointed that the pool was not open even though the website appeared to represent it would be available. Also, I really cannot see how someone could actually sleep on the pullout queen sofa - the foam mattress is hard as a rock. The kitchenette stove burners are a little messed up in our room 221B and the hanger "hooks" have been knocked loose from the wall.

Window had no screen and couldn't lock or adjust. Your appliacence's need up grade . And normal mattress not the foam .

I did find a few things odd this time, such as a missing TV remote, the burners on the stoves were a mess, and you can tell that the water in the bathroom is causing some wall deteriorations. Overall, though, these were the only issues I faced. Everything else was good! Definitely a solid 8.5/10 this time and I will be returning at some point :)

Very little hot water The dining area is very small The hallway smells bad. The toilet is very short. The bathroom needs painting. The hole place needs a thorough cleaning

Great location for the hockey tournament we were attending. Bed was comfy and the size of the suite was great Flickering light in the kitchen and sub par bathroom fan were the only downsides

Lots of things were broken or worn down. Had to make lots of trips to the front desk for missing items like bedding, towels, and having our room cards cancelled when we had another night left.

It was a neat cozy place to stay for a concert. Just requested the drain in the tub be looked at and more towels and wash cloths available.
