Terrible communication! Reserved a room weeks ago. Got there to check in they send me to a different hotel . That she said was HONORING their guest as they didn’t have power, and hasn’t had power in 2 days! No call to tell us .. so we could get this figured out for a new place to stay … the other place did NOT honor us nor any other customer that was sent! That hotel has their own rates and had to pay a lot more than the original booking! NOT ACCEPTABLE! IF YOU GELL PEOPLE THE RESERVATIONS BEING HONORED FOR THE “SAME Itinerary” it should be the SAME! Lies were told just to get the out of their building. Nothing was honored nothing was ok … VERY BAD BUSINESS. NEVER A RECOMMENDATION.

The hotel is in an industrial street of Detroit located close to several businesses and shops. Everything was as expected. Our hotel staff was friendly. The pool was closed. Laundry worked well. Rooms were very large.

People were polite and we had any explanation needed. Overall our stay was good and I would recommend if you do not want to much off the hotel then this is good but if you want clean then this hotel is not that clean. Breakfast isn’t all that good. There was 5 people of us staying but had 4 bath towels but we asked and they gave it straight away. Overall I would give it 7 out of 10.

The room was clean, and it was spacious. But the sink was clogging and wouldnt drain, the bathroom really needed a renovation. There were no real amenities, the pool was closed. The TV was also really old. The bedsheets were also stained, but it wasnt a big deal because it was like blue and purple stains (not red or brown or anything). It was fairly clean, and spacious. The elevator also smelled musty.

Check in staff was nice but there was supposed to be a sofa bed in the room, it was just a sofa, it did not pull out into a bed. There was also no extra blanket for said “sofa bed” that was a hard sofa. When I tried to call the front desk to request an extra blanket to sleep on the sofa that was equivalent to the floor, the phone in the room didn’t work at all. One night was 200 dollars and was the quality of a motel at best. I’ve never been disappointed with Marriott until now.

It was ok for a quick stay. Hard to connect to Internet even when i went to front desk for help old refrigerator. Limited breakfast items comfy bed though.

was an alright stop after a previously terrible stay at a different hotel. the room was clean. though they could not figure out the reservation and needed me to cancel and rebook it. the property was nice though their one real amenity the pool was closed.

Nice room for a quick girls getaway for concert w 2bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed. You have to go to front desk for linen for pull out bed. Room was pretty clean

The room is very spacious and very well maintained. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is just fine.

The kitchen fridge was not maintained at all. It was not clean. The main door did not lock. Anyone was able to walk into the building. Building C Room 146. The building was not secured at all.

Nice , friendly, clean, breakfast 5 star staff. Location excellent for Ford Museum ! Only 15 drive to Comerica park !

The kitchen was clean, but the refrigerator was rusty on the outside, but it worked well. I went there to use the pool, but it has never been open per the staff. I was disappointed about that.
