Its a nice comfortable space with good breakfast options. Rooms are super clean and comfy. I feel the front office team is not trained well. I have travelled to multiple hotels on this trip and this shortest stay was the most problematic. First the team couldnt find my booking, then I was told I cant be given a reciept becasue it will only say $0. How am I supposed to submit that to my organization? I have been requesting an invoice through booking.com for days and have not recieved a response.

Room was very nice but overly expensive. Stay at candlewood and get same type of room but bigger. For lower price I’m sure. My charge in receipt was 244.19 and my account was charged 270.00 . We were not informed of additional charge after checkout.

My hotel stay was canceled by Residence Inn because after being given 3 different rooms, they all had dead bug over the pull out beds, so the hotel canceled my reservation and told my daughter and i to leave at 10/1030pm after we drove 9hours and 45 minutes to come stay for my mother's birthday party. The gave no alternative accommodations and told me I had to contact Hotels.com to get my money back. Hotels.com advised they would be issuing a refund as after speaking with the front desk person, it was acknowledged that the rooms provided to me had dead bugs on the mattress. To add insult to injury 2 woman over 500+ miles from home kicked out in the dark at a late hour, I see they have put a hold on my debit card today, 3/22 for no reason since you kicked me out. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying and if you stay anyway, check your room thoroughly.

Staff was great

The breakfast was excellent with a variety options. Large room withe excellent kitchenette. Location is secluded from restaurants bordering residential.

I asked them to fix my toilet twice and they didn't. Didn't even offer to switch my room.

The hotel was nice and renovated, staff was nice The room was so hot and there’s no vending machines even though it says there is.

The front desk checked our luggage early before our room was ready so we didn't have it in the car while touring downtown Detroit. She also was able to arrange an adjoining room to my daughter's and her family that were also staying there. The grandchildren were excited to see us and had so much fun running between our room and theirs. I was surprised during the busy breakfast hours not one table was wiped down between others using the tables. At minimum there should be some disposable cleaning wipes set up for people to grab. I saw one person just wet a napkin with water and wipe it down. My daughter sat down in a chair that felt oily and had to switch her chair out.

The location was near a busy divided highway so good for getting to the Henry Ford Museum which was the reason for our visit. The staff was nice and the breakfast was very good. The weather was nice in the morning and we wanted to sit outside but the outside area was kind of dirty and the ash trays were all pretty full which did not make for an inviting experience.

It was very bland and rubbery! The room should have been inspected before having guest check in. The toilet seat was sliding back and forth, ypthe room was not clean and no tissue from the beginning of our stay.

Everything except after an extremely hot day (95 degrees) at Greenfield Village and couldn't wait to get into our room to cool off... I was very diaappointed that the AC was completely off!!! 79 degrees! Was shocked that the AC hasn't been turned on before we arrived at 4:30!!! I felt we should have had some $ taken off our bill but they did not offer when. I complained. Whoops ! Above comment should have been in this spot.. I do not have time to fix this post.
