Checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday , they didn’t clean our room the whole entire time , I asked them 5 times and they kept saying they will and they never did ! Worst experience ever

The property was clean and staff very friendly. The halls need some carpet cleaning as they smelled musty and our shower curtain smelled like it hadn’t been washed in months.

The hotel itself is a spectacle to be seen with all the art and the decorations. just going around and looking at the art is an activity in itself. the rooms are spacious, and the staff are responsive. clean. close to everything in dearborn and detroit. - Tiffany at the reception is not friendly. She talks to us as if she is doing us a favor. - While the jacuzzi water was warm, the pool water was cold and we could not swim. - I tried to book an extra night and asked for price matching with my previous nights but the rate was almost double.

My favorite part was definitely the location. The staff were really nice people I expected more for the price, the place is very old, pool was disgusting. This shouldn’t be more than $150-$200 max including fees a night. Ive stayed at nicer for that price.

Maybe we visited the hotel on the wrong week but our experience was just disappointing. 1. The beds are uncomfortable. Mattresses feel cheap and firm. Nothing luxurious about them whatsoever. Both my wife and I had trouble sleeping at night because they just felt like you were on top of them and not sinking into them. It's kind of like the beds you might experience in an Extended Stay where you can almost feel the springs. 2. Front desk staff seem to have attitude problems. No idea why but when that's your first experience of the place, it's not good. This continued into our second day when we asked for something as basic as disposable slippers and the front desk lady acted annoyed that we were asking and even rolled her eyes. This was honestly the straw for us. 3. The restaurant is expensive and mediocre. Service is okay but food quality is just not there. 4. The elevators were out of service. Only one was working for a hotel with hundreds of rooms. You can imagine how long the wait was each time you had to go up or down. On the plus side, the AC is reasonably quiet. The pool is decent and parking is free so there's that.

The Henry hotel was very nice a lot of great art work being displayed. The staff was exceptional and checking in/out was a breeze. The room was beautiful very comfy!

Wonderful stay. Amazing staff. Very clean close to everything you may need from the mall to any coffee shop to the best restaurant great location. Parking is super easy. Enjoyed my stay.

We were given complimentary breakfast vouchers for our anniversary and for a miscommunication regarding an additional hold put on my card the next day. Two days of free breakfast was great. The breakfast was great! From fresh made omelettes to French toast, pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit, parfaits, fresh OJ and good coffee. We loved staying in Dearborn as we love to grab shawarmas when we come to town! We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Very expensive hotel, yet they still charge extra for Wi-Fi and breakfast. When you’re paying more than $300 per night, those amenities should be included. It feels like unnecessary nickel-and-diming and takes away from the overall experience. In the final bill I was given they included room charges that I never used.

Housekeeping is very poor. During our 4 night stay housekeeping only serviced our room once. The beds were lumpy and the pillows were like sacks of potatoes. I did complain and was offered a free breakfast but nothing could replace our lack of comfort. It seems that more effort is put into weddings and events. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again.
