Expedia canceled 1 of 2 rooms and we were left looking for a place to stay last minute

The price

Did not eat breakfast The room was flooding from the inside. We were left with an already used roll of toilet paper and dirty bathroom. The staff wa extremely rude

Breakfast choices were very slim, coffee was bitter, bed linen was dirty, I asked for clean linen but it was never received, carpet was dirty, room smelled bad, worker had children with her and she could barely focus on checking me in because the children were at the desk and running up the hall.

Good value. Dirty. Bed bugs.

It was the easiest hotel to book. No credit card on file needed. Just pay for the online price and go to your room!

Looked like a lot of homeless people wondering outside. Hotel staff was polite and friendly. Hotel smelled and was dirty.

The staff. Day shift and night shift. Every employee I came in contact with were hospitable and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. The location. GPS got me there but with construction is was a bumpy road. There are a lot of food joints around just nothing really good which isn't the hotel fault at all

Booked 3 employees to stay there for a few days. Had to book another hotel because it was filthy.

Booked a room 10 days prior to check in day and was told that they didnt have any rooms. They failed to cancel the reservation and even charged me for a night.

The only thing that was good about this stay is that the room was available. There was a huge power outage in my area and other hotels were booked. Now I see why this hotel had availability. The bed had several strings of hair in it, a smell that had to be deodorized, the room did not have any eating or cooking utensils, the bath tub and toilet were dirty and there as hair on the bathroom counter.

The room was pretty clean, very neat. Had a terribly stained wash cloth and bottom of a sheet. The towel rack was loose and kept failing and the room phone was missing buttons. The kitchenette had no dishes cups or silverware. Not even plastic or paper. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating but I had to ask to get what I needed instead of it just being done prior to check in. Sounds like I'm complaining but I'm just pointing out the worst. It was very quiet and the room was updated recently which was so nice. Would book again

The location specified that breakfast was provided but there was only coffee and snacks. We had in mind a traditional breakfast that hotels usually provide which includes waffles, milk, cereal, etc. False advertising. The building isn't highly maintained. It looks sketchy from outside. Did not see the worth of my dollar with the experience. There was also a shooting shortly after our stay at a mall about 5 min away, not safe at all.

I booked the room drove all the way from Chicago just for them to tell me they didn’t have a room for me. They allowed me to swipe my card and then had the audacity to say I need to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. They left us stranded in Detroit with no where to go. They two rooms they did attempt to put us in had people in there
