Room wasn’t so clean I was so uncomfortable floors was dirty

one of the worse rokms I’ve ever stayed in , no room was ready had to wait hours to checks in , room was dirty , no towels wash clothes , no bed spread it was horrible I do not recommend.

They only gave us 2 face towels/clothes, and no bathe towels were available. The comforters could have less stains. Besides that, the staff was nice.

The experience was very chaotic. From check in there were no active room keys and being able to go in and out for the first day we had to wait in the lobby for the attendant to let us in, and bring us all the way into our room because only her master key fob worked. No extra towels or blankets available. No soap bars provided on site and our room reeked of cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the bathroom door. The rest of the room appeared to be clean, but that was the only highlight.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed our time there and we will definitely stay here again.

There was a big spot on the sheet I asked if the sheet could be changed the young lady asley said she will tell housekeeping when I came back asked her was it done she said we can only pray unfortunately it wasn't done thank God I brought a sheet to put on top of that sheet I should lady at checkout so they wouldn't think I did it nor did she try to give a discount or anything.

It was exactly what we needed to be able to enjoy the Henry Ford Experience for 3 days.

The whole stay they did not gave me a key for the room I had to call the reception every time I wanted to enter my room.

Once I arrive I was informed that my room wasn't available it was sold out. Along with no accommodations. First desk clerk didn't make any effort in our time of need.

I would advise travelers to avoid this hotel at all costs- The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stood at front desk for 30 minutes as the checkin person was up making beds as they did not have linen or towels for all the rooms. I finally called the direct line from the hotel lobby and she answered from upstairs-it took her over 10 minutes to get back to the desk. I had 2 small washclothes in my room. No Kleenex, hair dryer etc. My bed was partially made up as they did not have the sheets or blankets I was promised. I had to put a shirt over the pillows as there were no pillowcases. The staff was argumentative, surly and not helpful. This place was clearly not ready to open and I had to demand a call from the manager to get someone to make my room up. This is not what I expected from a hotel two minutes from Greenfield Village. Avoid this place if tou can--or bring your own linens and towels as they do not have enough.

Large, clean, quiet room. LOVED the wood floor — so much more sanitary than carpet. Good shower with a free-flowing drain. Long vanity surrounding the sink with lots of space to set toiletries. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging devices. Absolutely WONDERFUL staff — both Andrea and Jimmie were delightful and super helpful. Our bed had only a plastic-feeling mattress cover and no bottom sheet (unbelievable!!!!). When we reported this to the front desk staff the next morning they were appalled that this housekeeping mistake could have happened and apologized profusely. A smaller issue is that there was only one nightstand which was quite inconvenient. Also, this hotel has the very odd practice of providing bath towels and washcloths but no hand towels which is also very inconvenient. We got through the night and would probably stay again but would check the bed on arrival to be sure it has both a top AND a bottom sheet!!

I really like that I found out that mall was behind it. It was in a very nice location. I ended up with no towels or no racks. There was no shower curtain curtains when I first got there and people next-door every night at 3 o’clock in the morning at 6 o’clock in the morning was very very loud.

Clean room no emenities, no soap or towels not even a garage bin. Couldn’t find staff if i needed anything but when i did find someone she was nice. Very sketchy the people in here, smelled like weed.

I liked that it had a kitchen, but it did not have any soap for the sink. There was some shampoo in the shower, but no body wash. There also was no hand soap for the sink in the bathroom. The kitchen had no silverware or dishes of any kind. I wasn’t aware this hotel would not provide any amenities besides shampoo. Even that was probably left by the last guest. There was no comforter on the bed, just two thin sheets. Maybe they were trying to save on cooling costs? The hotel hallways reeked of pot smell. The hotel staff opened my door in the evening thinking I was not in the room, supposedly to show another guest what the room looks like, seriously? Fortunately the privacy lock was in place. The tv did not work. I was too tired to complain but by morning was even more tired after waking up several times to the sound of someone working on the property in the middle of the night. Maybe it was maintenance or maybe they were remodeling?? I’m not sure, but it seems the walls are poorly insulated for noise purposes. Doors were constantly opening and slamming shut. Maintenance needs to adjust the closers to make them not shake the walls everytime someone is leaving their room. When I went to check out in the morning, no staff was available to take my room key. It was about 7:30 am. The maintenance man told me the front desk is not manned until 9:00 am. Overall I would give this hotel 1 out of 5 stars. Not happy and I’m not picky.
