Badlands Inn & Suites

There was apparent construction going on but nothing was happening while we were there. Staff was not available at the desk. I had to ring a bell and wait. Skimpy toiletries. Not enough towels. It was clean but hallways were not vacuumed. There was a strange smell in the building. It was convenient but not sure I would stay there again. Complimentary breakfast that was advertised was not provided.

Close to highway, multiple entrance doors to park closer to your room. Price was a bit high, no breakfast included and no pool. But it is also a holiday week.

The woman checking us in was nice and friendly. There is a cheerful and colorful picture of birds behind the reception desk. This hotel was gross! It was very dirty. The carpet floor was WET so I had to wear shoes inside the room. The bathtub was moldy and had weird residue on the shower wall. The towels were old and discolored and small and thin. There was one tiny soap disk in the bathroom. The air conditioning was broken. The safety lock on the door was broken. The doors were painted battleship gray, a very strange choice for hotel decor. Plus it was expensive!

Would not recommend.

Got a room on first floor. No elevator. And it took a least 10 minutes for a person to answer the phone and show up at he front desk.

A. A nice quiet older hotel, basic amenities, and no breakfast or coffee. Very convenient location that’s easy to get to from interstate 94. The dinosaur museum is across the street, and there are restaurants near by.

We reserved a king bed and were given a full size. Our room was filthy and damaged. We ended up booking a different hotel nearby.

Clean and tidy The facility is older and cheaply remodeled

Affordable . Hot shower The exterior doors didn't lock so anyone could walk through the hotel. . Our room security chain was broken. Our room faced an interior event space but the room darkening curtains didn't work so it was bright in our room all night because the lights were on in the event space. The towels were all stained and dingy. Carpet was loose and pulling up. The lighting was awful.

So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again.

Needs up keep. No coffee not much to offer.

Checked me in. The place smelled like mildew. When I got to the room it was totally unacceptable, dirty bathroom dirty microwave, not vacuumed nor wiped down. I asked for a change of room or refund. I was also concerned about safety as the room didn't have secure door. The second room was slightly better, I said ok . However the microwave was broken the he as ter did not turn on. Dont stay here! I was hoping to do laundry however the laundry room was disgusting. Dont stay here!

Not much Outdated and old. Carpets need to be replaced

King bed Dirty room, not enough towels, no coffee machine in room or at check in counter, 1very little bar of soap, refrigerator not cold ,freezer not cold…

Location was convenient Extremely bad smelling. Run down, dirty. Questionable characters working on vehicles and drinking in the parking lot right outside our rooms.
