We were on a roadtrip from Michigan out to Montana. We stayed here on the way out and everything went well so we booked a room here on the way back as well and unfortunately the experience was much different. We got into our room around 9:30pm. The bathroom mirror light was broken and they had put a small table lamp on the small bathroom counter in some sad effort to make up for the broken mirror. We laughed it off until we got into bed. The entire mattress smelled of urine. We are not high maintenance, picky people, but this was too much. A bed that had clearly been peed in and the smell was all the way through down to the mattress. There was no way we could sleep in it. We tried to get a different room, but it was sold out so we had to pack back up and go to the Hampton Inn next door. On the plus side the staff there was very nice and the manager approved our refund request through Expedia.

The Clerks and housekeepers were nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. Location was great. The rooms were very small. I realized it’s an older property.

Good place to stay along I94 and close to TR national park. The room and breakfast were fine.

The hotel was clean and the pool area was amazing! I like that it stays open late and that there are pool toys. Brenda was super helpful and friendly. We liked it all

The room was great -- the staff very responsive and courtious -- breakfast was above average and a good surprise -- pool area was very nice. The only complaint I would have is that they didn't have an elevator. We're an older couple and my wife brought everything she owns in a very large (and heavy) suitcase ! But, other than that, it was perfect -- would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff, free cookies, very comfortable bed, spacious room, excellent AC. Toilet a little low.

The location and breakfast were great. The staff was friendly. There was no TV in the breakfast area, so we ate in blessed peace. The only thing I was upset about was that there is no elevator in this hotel, so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. when I booked the hotel, there was no indication that there was no elevator, which is a major problem for us senior citizens with knee issues.

Location was great! Staff were very pleasant and accommodating! We stayed an extra night! Nice variety of food for breakfast. Ice water always available and enjoyed cookies in late afternoon.

Good facilites. Ample room. Radio Clock was reported that didn’t work but front desk attendant didn’t know what to do. Received a text from AmericInn bit to no available. Bad management. Next day when asked about a near by pharmacy she was helpful. She even gave us some ibuprofen.

Loved our stay over the July 4 weekend. Great location, comfortable bed and pillows and exceptional staff. Will definitely stay again

The Breakfast is a great addition to the stay and provide many more options that I had expected. It was a very busy week, but the lobby and pool area were always well maintained and generally very quiet and accommodating. No complaints.
