This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. I was very impressed when I walked into the room. I would easily stay here again.

The location is great and the room we had was larger than most rooms we stayed in. However the ice machine was not working on our floor and no one even worked on it while we were there for three nights. The remote on the tv worked only when it wanted to. The staff there were very friendly and busy.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely dark with dim, orange-toned lighting that made it difficult to see, and it felt old, dingy, and poorly maintained. The bathroom door and vanity were damaged and worn which only added to the rundown appearance—I would not stay here again.

The room lights are dim. Not bright rooms. Carpets are dirty. No room service unless staying for a week. Most of the times there is no one at the front desk. Understaffed - you have to be patient and wait on everything.

The common areas are not clean, breakfast had minimum and not the high quality food, with durty appliances. In the suite, the kitchennete had very limited utensils and plateware, only couple knives and 1 small bowl. Although, have to note that the room was spacious and originally well built. This property just needs some maintenance done.

#1. The room was really dark. Even with all of the lights on, it was still too dark in the room. They need to rethink the lighting in the rooms, including the bathrooms. Im pretty easy going when it comes to rooms, but the lighting is something that the management can, and should, do something about. #2. The television situation was unacceptable. We had no remote in the room and had to go to the front desk to get one. Turning on the TV, it was snow. We had to use the controls on the TV to go into "input" and then HDMI to finally get to the "cable" t.v. so we could actually watch something. When the TV shut itself off, we had to go through that all over again. It's exceptionally inconvenient to have to play with the TV like that just to get TV service. You should be able to turn it on and have service instantly. #3: the breakfast was sub-par. We found nothing hot. The coffee was essentially hot water. All there seemed to be were danishes and yogurt...and we were only 1.5 hours after they started breakfast service. The property is pretty nice, as is the staff. Im hoping these issues were just a glitch because it's a nice place. We'll try it again next time we're in Dickinson, and hope...

Clean, easy access, comfortable room Breakfast was mediocre, at best. The coffee tasted like instant. The eggs were instant of some sort. The bagels were good.

Location was perfect and staff was very friendly and greeted us well. Bathroom shower was dirty with hair and grime. Safe was unable to be opened and wood door hinge in front of save was broken and dangling.

The shower head in the bathroom was loose which caused the water to spray out over the curtain completely drenching the floor. I asked at the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do and no other rooms were available.

The rooms were very big but the beds were hard. Our toilet ran all night. The breakfast was not that great.

Location was easy access. Carpet appeared to he clean. Most of the lights either didnt work at all or were very dim. Staff tried to change light bulbs but they still didnt work. Staff had to come fix the tv that didnt work. Wedding party music loud and thumping until 1 am. Guests above us stomping around after that. No sleep for us. Couldnt wsit to leave.

The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the hot tub was a major disappointment because the jets weren’t working. The breakfast was decent, though. Overall, I love the restaurant and bar.
