Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Nice pool area. I remember the breakfast being better last time was stayed a couple years back. Overall will stay again next time in the area.

Great rooms

Rooms were not what we expected and not very clean. Had to walk a long way and were told it was right there. Had an elderly person with that was having trouble walking and the person at the front desk was not very helpful or kind. Was supposed to be handicap and was not. Chair in one room was broken, television in second room did not work, out of four lights only one worked, vending machines did not work at all, person at front desk was rude when notified of problems. will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not use this hotel again.

The WiFi was not functional in my 3rd floor room. The hair dryer was not working. Two lights in the room did not work. The couch cushions were filthy. The bathroom sink faucet mounting was loose. There were no tissues in the room. There was no in-room coffee maker. The ice machine in my tower did not work so had to walk across the entire complex to get ice.

This property is an older motel and it shows. I don’t think it’s been updated since the ‘90’s. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed. The breakfast food was cold and made me ill.

Could have used more towels

This hotel is in need of a renovation. It seems like it was a premier property 20 years ago but has fallen from grace over the years. The elevators were broken on multiple occasions during our stay as well. The price was good and the pool and hot tub were ok.

The room was great size the air unit kept the room at a great temperature, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Would stay there again. The thing I think they could do better is have a coffee pot in the rooms for that first cup of coffee.

Spacious parking and next to a park like settling.

Staff didn't even know or have a list c of channels available in the room. Manager didn't either. Kleenex box empty

it was a very beautiful hotel, but I went down to use the pool in the hot tub, and the hot tub was literally a dark murky green. You couldn't even see it in the water in the walls of it were absolutely filthy so then I went over to the pool and the pool was also dirty. There is filth around the whole pool like they've never been cleaned. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and the service was fine.

Easy to get to. Room clean, but bathroom not clean.

First of all...the entrance door did not lock..so anyone could enter the building...Our room had no phone, no clock, no coffeemaker, no iron...the bedding was wrinkled and the toilet seat had pubic hair and the shower stall was stained...the shower curtain had a hole in it and the windows were dirty and the drapes were partially unhooked and hanging down...we were very disappointed! Breakfast wasn't good either!

I’m sure this was a very nice facility at one time but it is currently lacking in any re-investment. We would not stay here again.
