Other than the indoor balcony (was not aware at the time of booking), this was a great place to stay on vacation.

This is a dated and unkempt hotel. Though the staff are friendly and trying their best, it is still evident this needs a rehab. The sheets/blankets/lamp shades are beat up, the furniture needs to be replaced or a steam clean as a minimum and the ACs are functional but need new filters/cleaning. Great location and proximity to a lot, but be prepared to be underwhelmed. Even the lighting in the rooms screams “sad”.

Hotel is dingy, smelled and needs to be updated. Also would be nice if breakfast was until 10 am. We didn’t eat breakfast 1 day because we didn’t want to get up at 8:30 to get down to breakfast before 9 am. They also only have tiny styrofoam cups for coffee. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly either. TV volume was limited and it was hard to hear.

Out of coffee at breakfast 30 minutes prior to end of service and no way to make coffee in room.

Hotel was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. The Shower was a little wonky but took some figuring out. Both of us agreed we would stay here again next time we visit.

The hotel was on the older side could use some TLC, I can tell it was grand in its younger days. It definitely could have used more lighting in the room. Compared to newer hotels the bathroom was small. The bed was comfortable and the food in the bar/restaurant was good. One issue I didn't care for was during the free breakfast which was ok, but the lady doing the breakfast was touching all the pastries with her bare hands when moving them from one platter to the next.

Beautiful facility. Many extras on property. Fair pricing

Convenient location to Medora and TR National Park. Very old and dated.

Bed was clean and comfortable. AC worked well. Great water pressure. Very, very worn property. Stained carpets, crumbling entryways and sidewalks. Run-down common areas. The “handicapped” room had no handheld shower. When I inquired about another room that did have that, I was told they don’t have one. The bed was also very high in the ADA room and difficult to get into. The staff was indifferent. We won’t be back.

Loved the location The bathroom was filthy, floor especially. Also, very loud room by internal pool.

All was good we would stay there again

The overall condition of the hotel has noticeably declined. The property appeared poorly maintained, with damaged and loose carpeting throughout the building. We witnessed several guests, including members of our own family, trip over the raised carpet. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. There was very little selection, no fruit or alternative options available, and the sausage that was offered was cold. Several families expressed frustration because they had specifically chosen this hotel for the free breakfast but ended up leaving to purchase food elsewhere. I’m not sure if there has been a change in ownership or management since our previous visit, but the difference between our stay two years ago and now is dramatic. What was once one of the best hotels we had stayed at has become one of the worst experiences we’ve had. Based on our recent experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning. * Poor cleanliness: Hair was left in the showers, and both bathroom drains were clogged. * Broken room amenities: One of the beds was broken. * Lack of maintenance: The hotel appeared run-down, with damaged and loose carpeting throughout the property. * Safety concerns: The raised carpet created a tripping hazard, and you witnessed several guests, including your family, stumble over it. * Decline in overall condition: Compared to your previous stay, the hotel seemed messy and poorly maintained. * Disappointing breakfast: There were very few food options, no fruit or alternatives available, and some items, such as the sausage, were served cold. * Poor value for expectations: You chose the hotel partly because of the complimentary breakfast, but it did not meet expectations, forcing guests to buy food elsewhere. * Inconsistent quality: The experience was dramatically different from your positive stay two years earlier.

went to the trouble to have a microwave and refrigerator but no coffee pot.

The room was filthy. There was a lack of power outlets, so I was trying to figure out a way to plug in my wife’s cpap. Under the bed was filthy and so was under the recliner when I had to move it to access an outlet. When I called the front desk, staff was very dismissive of the issue. I really expected better of Best Western. Tonight’s stay at Best Western in Laurel MT for example was friendly courteous staff and a very clean room.

Ok nothing special Bad coffee, tasteless eggs
-
Property does not have any rooms with double queen beds, only fulls
-
It wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but isn't deserving of a rating over 3 stars at best.

We were with another couple on the same booking and they put us on different floors! Awful experience.
