The sheets were clean.

Water park is down. No laundry. Dirty. Rude staff.

Grab bar in tub/shower area need attention.

Rooms are ok but exterior of property was not well maintained.

Good breakfast. Clean room nice and spacious. Kids pool and hot tub needs repair or at least say they are not working at present time.

I had booked this hotel based on the pictures provided and was disappointed when I got there. Half the pool area was unavailable and blocked off, and what was available was extremely dirty and unkept. My kids and I were extremely disappointed in this hotel. I understand that maintenance issues can be unforseen but I would suggest that the hotel adjust the pictures and description of their amenities on their site until these maintenance issues can be resolved.

Run breakfasts until 10 am.

The pool was not open as stated I’m at a family that called two days ago. They said it was open and it has been out for months. The ice machine is not operational. The laundry is not operational. The breakfast food is trash. I could go on and on just don’t stay there.

Hotel could use some TLC. Toilet wasn't securely attached to floor. Exterior door key pads were broken so anyone could enter the hotel. Worst part is as of 8/1/26 the kid pool and water slides were out of service. Only reason we booked this was for the pool and slides. Sure would be nice if they told you that prior to booking.

Bedding was stained, breakfast bar area was around 90 degrees. Water Park was out of order. Luggage carts had broken wheels.

Was a nice, clean hotel. But the main reason I booked this hotel with for the little Waterpark for the kids. The main pool was open, but the Waterpark was closed and drained. Would've been nice to be informed of it beforehand.

Good location

Disappointing Stay- We booked this Comfort Inn specifically because the Expedia listing highlighted the kids waterpark area. When we arrived, it was closed down and obviously had been for awhile but no update on that was shown on Expedia. The laundry facilities were also closed and ice machines were down. Our AC in the room was broken, the tub had a continuous leak, and the room had an obvious odor. These issues really ruined the stay for our family. It was also extremely hot in the breakfast area. Would not recommend if you're traveling with kids or need the advertised amenities. We made contact with the property through Expedia and the hotel refused to issue any sort of refund or partial refund.

Clean room good breakfast

Not worth the cost. Property is badly in need of repair; maintenance looks non-existent from the tall weeds outside, to the broken pool, the non-available laundry, the broken ice machine, the broken hair dryer in the room, and the non-working lamp. Breakfast was poorly run. Cereal was stale; it must have sat in an open container and absorbed the humidity. Pastries appeared to be the same left over from the day before; bagels were hard. Staff let the milk pitcher run out and didn't refill it during the time I spent in the breakfast area. Tables were not clean. Of course there was only one person trying to maintain the breakfast area so I'm not surprised she couldn't do it all. Breakfast room furnishings were worn with wrecked seat covers. Clearly management here is absent or indifferent.

The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen and it smelled like old cigarette smoke. The white comforter had black stains on it. When I checked in, the person in line in front of me said the plumbing had backed up in their room.

The waterpark was shutdown (since last December). The only reason we booked was for this amenity. They didn't even tell us when we checked in - didn't find out until walked down to pool area. When I asked if we could get some sort of compensation, they said NO (cancellation, refund, partial credit, ...). Management said it was posted online (and it wasn't). Very unhappy with their service.

Our stay at this hotel lasted a total of 15 minutes, we left immediately. The room was absolutely filthy dirty, the pillows were stained and the bedding was absolutely disgusting. We didn't even allow our kids to sit on the bed. The room was dark, dingy, dirty and had an awful smell, pool was closed and ice machines were broke, the ceiling fan in our room was hanging on by a lifeline. There was stains all over the walls and ceiling. They wouldn't refund us so we were out over $300.00. after leaving our kids had little bites on them and my husband and I were super itchy. We had to find last minute hotel at 9pm to stay at and shower. Im not one to write reviews but this was an absolute nightmare of a place.
