Heritage Hotel

No one works at the front desk, our room was deadbolted OPEN when we got to it, not very clean, has hair, stains, etc.

Pictures look great. But unfortunately not clean. The comforter, every pillow case, every towel had stains or hair on them. Ended up going up going and getting towels and blanket from the store. Floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Lobby and elevator were also dirty. Disappointed.

We bought bleach spray and took care of it for the stay

We had two rooms. Both rooms were dirty, stained bedding, floors not vacuumed. Bathroom floors were sticky , had black hair everywhere and had black dirt all over floors. Toilet had crack in it, stained shower curtains. Hair and razor packaging in tub/shower. Also had some type of black mold growing in it! AC unit didn't work properly. Soap dispenser were empty. Garbage's throughout building were over flowing. No staff on hand, you have to dial out to get someone and they do everything remotely from different location if possible. Also don't answer most of the time. Room doors have difficulty closing all the way, have to push very hard. Also very noisy place as all the doors are so loud to even open. We looked elsewhere to stay but everything was booked. Was a terrible experience!

This place was all right. It didn’t offer any breakfast. You had to check in with the machine and later on I met The staff because somebody was smoking next-door to our room. They did offer laundry, which was fantastic.

No staff to be seen

No front desk agent. Load HVAC noise in my room, kept me up all night. No front desk agent to help me get a new room. When I called the next day management was not helpful. I will not be staying there again.

Room was very spacious and clean. Check in was done by a kiosk when we arrived after 4 pm it said room was not ready when checking was supposed to be 3 pm. Tried to contact staff via phone per written instructions but no one answered for over 30 mins. Finally someone showed up and got us checked in.

Check in is through a kiosk. To contact someone have to pick up the phone and wait. Keys did not work for the pool doors. Hottub is small and foams with some nasty looking stuff from inside the hot tub. No snack or drink machines. Rooms are not even close the sound proof. Could hear everything and anything. Only 16 channels worked on the TV. Very little working. Apparently I was checked out of my room before I had even checked out.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Was very clean compared to some other hotels, and we had a restful few nights. Only thing is….. it’s a ghost town! No employee to be seen. Had to check in through a computer and no one was ever at the front desk. Although everything went smoothly, it’s sometimes nice to be greeted by an actual human these days. Also a closet to hang clothes would have been nice, but I suppose not a necessity. All in all we enjoyed this hotel and would recommend.

Unique low cost hotel. No staff or breakfast, but quiet good pillows and mattress.

The hair dryer quit and without a person at the desk to provide a working hairdryer, I was let out to dry - so to speak. The shampoo, soap and lotion dispensers were either empty or vey low with product. The tissue dispenser was also empty. Attention to the details mentioned would make this a 5 star review.

The chlorine smell from the pool really hits you when you enter the lobby!

No place to hang clothes or dresser. Only basics in room

No staff, kiosk check in

The room was spacious nice. We never saw one single person who worked there for our entire stay, not even at check-in or out. I'm pretty sure the bathroom towels were from the prior person that stayed in that room.

The location was in a center area of many restaurants. There was no breakfast offered, no staff at the front desk. Check in was a kiosk type deal, which felt very unhospitable. There was a phone at the front desk to call for assistance. The coffee offered was okay, but when it ran out, I had to call from the desk to get someone to come fix it. Also, they ran out of coffee cups that wasn't fixed for almost 24 hours.

Food

The room was clean. When l stay somewhere l like to have someone at the front desk who can help with problems if they arise.l do not like, dealing with computers . If have issues with my room l like to be able to talk to a person about them. My bed was uncomfortable. The coffee “ machine “ was out of coffee in the morning,l did get hot water. My room was noisy.No one at the front desk to let know of these issues .l will not stay there again while in Dickenson.

There was no breakfast Wish they had a closet to hang your clothes not just two hooks or even just a rod in the empty spaces .
