Heritage Hotel

Staff was very helpful at check in. Clean rooms and pool area. Still finishing up a remodel so there's a work in progress on the outside property

He told me no and put up his hands. We packed our bags and left. We will never be back there again.

There was no staff visible the entire time I was there. Which was sort of OK, the check-in was by screen and went very well. There was no coffee. Like ever. None in my room, none downstairs when I got up in the morning. That's a big negative in my mind. But the place was clean and tidy, and comfortable. I have no major complaints! Nice place

Hotel was recently remodeled and it was beautifully decorated. Pool and hot tub looked very inviting. Also had laundry facilites.

Rooms were newly remodeled and very nice. Beds were hard as a rock though. Pool and hot tub were clean and really nice. Definitely nice for a quick night stay on our way to Glaicer

Otherwise, great bed, great shower, two big TVs, and tasty coffee in lobby.

It was the first time I used a kiosk to check in, but all went well. Room was magnificent. All new and updated. Hot tub and pool were great to relax. Staff was very quick and helpful when I locked myself out of my room when checking out.

Self check in was nice. Rooms were clean and modern. A lot of hotels will offer free coffee and/or breakfast for the same rate.

Room was clean No staff in motel. Self check in. Our room was missing chair. Coffers maker. Sink drain was leaking. Maid cleaning cart left out looks like they just walked out leaving a room half done. Can't was there most of night..

No staff at check in, only a sign at the desk saying use kiosk.

It was in remodel so not very busy. That they were remodeling the place and didn’t have the amenities it said it had. There was no breakfast and the hot tub had boiling water

It is still in remodeling mode. But when finished will be 5 star.

Place was clean and everything appeared to be new. I was pulling a trailer and there was not much space to turn around.

It was quiet. The bathroom in our room wasn’t very clean. The floor wasn’t very clean in the bathroom and one of the towels was stained.

Staff are super helpful and friendly Very affordable Would definitely stay again!

I booked a room, arrived at the hotel to a kiosk in the lobby, after waiting an hour for it to update and find my reservation, I was notified that there was not yet a clean and ready room for me. I could not locate a person to help me and I left the hotel.

What a PITA! No human being at the front desk. Had to check in by kiosk. Wnanted 2 keys, got one for a room on the 2nd floor. Second floor was being renovated; bathroom plumbing wasn't completed in the room. Finally a human being was contacted to get a room on the main floor. No ice bucket, no kleenex, body wash and hand soap mbut no shampoo. No continental breakfast. Hot tub was good. Pool was freezing. DON'T BOOK ROOMS UNLESS YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE.

Nothing. Didn't end up staying the place was abandoned. No one there. There was no one in the whole place and evidently construction going on.

It was quiet The hot tub was cold, our heater in our room was not working, there was not a single cleaner that came in the 4-5 days we stayed, called and asked for extra towels and toiletries and the lady at the desk got mad because she wasn’t in “this hotel”.

Location The front desk is not manned, you have to use the phone to reach anyone. We stayed for three nights and needed cups and coffee refilled. We called using the phone at the front desk, we never received the refresh of cups and coffee for our entire stay. Hard to judge the staff when they seemed absent from the property. We actually never saw a house keeper either.
