Just a computer to check in at the front desk so had to call someone to come help us because it didn’t show our reservation. Once they finally came, everything was fine

Rooms were great. King size bed great. Pool looked good just didn't have time to enjoy it. Only down side was breakfast was advertised as included and there was done just coffee.

We didn’t see any staff, did a self check in but the place was spotless. We were able to do laundry and had absolutely no issues. Reasonably priced, would recommend.

No staff to check in used kiosk to get room key

Hotel was clean and maintained well. Never saw a staff member, your on your own for check in and out. Place was nice and quiet for those who are looking for sleep and rest.

No closet in the room. Room layout is awkward. We had to check in using a kiosk that literally spit out out our key cards with no room number. Used the house phone to call someone for our room number. Could hear it ring and the guy talking to us on the phone, but never came out to the desk. Never saw an employee at all on our stay. Very lazy and cheap in my opinion to run a hotel that way.

Nice place. Would stay here again. First hotel I went to that did not have a front desk person there on duty. When you arrive there is only a kiosk. Easy to use. There is a phone to use if there is a problem. The kiosk dispences your door key.

Best hotel of my three-week cross-country trip. The only thing wrong with this place was that the carpet was so plush and new that the room door wouldn't always close by itself. Great bed. Nice tub/shower. Comfortable couch and furniture. The gym has a universal and several aerobic machines. The pool was good. The lady that checked me in was incredibly helpful. Beautiful lobby.

The first room was dirty. Pull out bed was full of food. They gave us an ADA room which was much better, but not the greatest.

We had a clean room & it was a nice room & the staff were nice & the hot tub was good too.

The property has recently been renovated. There was no person at the front desk, you had to check in on a kiosk. While that wasn’t hard, the problem arose when we had problems with our room and there was no one to contact. Our bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned throughout as there was still hair located on the floor and in the tub. The side table by the bed also hadn’t been cleaned as there was still sticky residue from a previous person’s beverage. Again with no person at the front desk, we had no way to get a different room.

We had no bath soap. When we asked for some, she ended up just bringing us a bottle of hand soap and said they didn’t have any bathtub on hand.

Unclean room

Minalist, but perfect. Very clean. Had everything we needed. No extras, like individual coffee maker in each room. You had to get it downstairs, but the cups were decent size and they were not the really cheap ones. The coffee machine was hooked up to a water line so you show not run out of coffee and have to ask for more to be made. No hot or continental breakfast either. Something we rarely use when we get a hotel.
