Location Needed a lot of repairs

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was not good at all and the carpet had not been vacuumed in the room upon arrival.

Very poor
-
The room waa comfortable with a fridge and a microwave. Beds were ok, even though one bed had really squeaking springs. Shower was really good. Breakfast was really cheap with very limited options. Sink outside of the shower was really strange.

Everything. Clean, spacious. Nice lobby. $20 cheaper than the next cheapest motel in the area and much nicer than anything else I've stayed in for the price.

We stay here every year for our annual waterfall visiting trip. The previous three years, they had a hot breakfast. But this year it’s just cereal, waffles, bagels or toast, and yogurt. Just wish they’d add muffins, fresh fruit like apples or oranges, and cold boiled eggs, if they are minimizing. Bed was comfy as usual, and their inside pool is the best! Customer service was wonderful. Will return next year.

The hotel clerks, were always kind, greeting us by name. They were attentive to any concerns and quickly addressed those before we ever noticed. Breakfast includes fresh Golden Malt waffles!

Definitely a newer building. Easy, clean and convent. Only problem we had was the bottom of our door didn’t touch the floor so you could hear everything in the hallway.

Breakfast was crap

We have stayed at this motel many times in the past and it was OK, but it was worse now than it has ever been. I realize that this is not an expensive motel, but it should a least be clean. We were in room 204. There was black mold growing on the shower sheetrock wall and on the shower head. Black mold is extremely dangerous! There were spots on the bed linen and one spot looked like blood! Nasty! You can only wash bed linens so many times. These needed to be thrown out. There was a roach on the floor in the bathroom that I had to kill. One towel holder had fallen off the wall and just put on a shelf. The cover on the ironing board was nasty. The bottom edge of the tub where it meets the floor was nasty with stains of some sort. There was paint chipping off of the walls in several places. The "continental breakfast" hardly deserves the name. The waffle mix dispenser was clogged up and not working properly. Instead of unclogging the nozzle they just added water to the batter! The bagels were stale. The yogurt was not available. There was no real fruit juices available, just some king of orange sugar water in a bowl. Tang perhaps? A search indicated that this motel had it's last major renovation in 2006. It joined the Choice Hotels brand a few years ago. Well Choice Hotels it's way past time for another major renovation! I cannot recommend this motel based on the terrible cleanliness and overall poor condition.

Everything Nothing

Breakfast was from 7-9 on a Saturday morning. Maybe that way everyday. It’s almost as if they are trying to NOT serve as many people as possible. Did not plan to eat breakfast there, so I missed that on purpose. Went to the lobby at 9:04 AM, and they had already pulled the coffee, and no coffee in the room, so that was disappointing. No coffee in the room or in the lobby at 9:04. Faint weed smell in the hallway. Property looked a bit dated with scuffs, scrapes and holes in the wall.

I loved the bed. The bed was sooooo comfortable and the room got cold quickly. The indoor pool was nice and warm. The staff at check in was polite. I did not like the cleanliness of it the carpets were black, they charge extra for breakfast and breakfast was literally only waffle batter, coffee, cereal, and white bread with a few everything bagels. Nothing like in the photos advertised. There was a weird yellow stain on one of our comforters and the staff had a small argument with me about getting new towels. The smell was really musty and very strong. I would stay there again because the beds were very comfortable but definitely needs work on cleanliness and attentiveness to guests.

This place was perfect for the week. Hot shower, comfy bed and plenty of parking. Would stay again.

It looks like they are still finishing the renovations. The pool was really cold, apparently they weren't heating it. Also, the hallways were not air conditioned so getting to the room was a little unpleasant. All in all we were only there for 1 night, I wouldnt recommend staying longer than that.

The indoor pool was a big plus. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about. We got the room at a pretty nice discount given that it's December tourist season up in Northeast Georgia.
