I often travel to north Georgia for gigs in various wedding venues in the area. The one consistent part of my travel is the hotel. I have been traveling for over 20 years to this area and I always stay here. While situated near the main road, the noise I normally experience at other hotels is absent here. As well as the noise of other visitors, minimal.

I woke up at 1130 and turned the light on. There were 2 small roaches walking on the floor. I originally thought they were bedbugs but realized they had wings and were too big for bedbugs. There was another roach on the floor the next morning.

The link is in a very strange location

Check in staff was friendly. Assigned room was musty because of a large water stain in ceiling. Moved to a second room which was better. Good clean beds and bathroom. stained or rotten floor trims. Small flies in bedroom and bathroom. Sink inside the room by the bed, not inside the bathroom. Definitely rooms need repair and update. Would only stay in an emergency.

The place is old, dated and run down. Needs much work, abandoned car full of cloths in parking lot, trash all around the property but everyone there was nice.

Very clean and very friendly. Nothing fancy, just a good clean safe motel room with cold ac. Will definitely be back for our next hiking adventure
-
Location is decent The breakfast was not that great, Ac was super loud, mold in the bathroom, and they didn’t change the sheets.

Location was good. The hotel advertises having a pool, but it was not open in July, and doesn't look like it has been for a long time. The internet did not work unless you were in the office. There was rust and peeling paint everywhere. The chairs on the balcony had paint peeling, and nails sticking up. The chairs on the next balcony over were completely broken and unusable. View of trash beneath our balcony, where I believe people are living. We were the only actual guests on a Saturday night - and now I see why. Everything at this hotel is in serious need of maintenance or repair. Their pictures are deceptive! We left after only an hour, and would not stay here again.

The room was clean. The beds were uncomfortable and needed new pillows. We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room/area, but about 10pm someone near us started smoking weed and our room filled up with smoke and the stench of weed to the point it made both of us sick.

Location would have been great if Dillard hadn't cancelled their 4th of July celebration. There are water stains on the ceilings and smelled bad in our room. Beds were comfortable and clean. Parking was good and right by our room.

It's an old-fashioned motor lodge that's in great condition. It was a great value with large rooms in a beautiful location. Highly recommend. N/A

Comfort, Clean and Quiet The value was good also

We only stayed for one night and it was a basic hotel stay. Check in was quick and easy, my room was clean and the air got cold. Got a great night sleep then left early the next morning. It was a basic hotel room. Nothing fancy or frilly, but I paid a basic price for a standard room. As long as it’s clean and serves the purpose, I’m happy. I’d definitely stay again if passing through the area.

Nothing

At first glance you think it's a sub par, old motel. It is old, but it's one of cleanest motels I've been to. The shower pressure is unmatched by ANY I've been to, including very expensive places. The rooms are priced like rooms at other places but mine was much bigger, with a couch, etc.

This WILL be a nice place to stay once they finish working on it. It is old. The staff was very friendly. The sink is outside the bathroom near thd bed. Our door was ajar twice when we returned to our room. This was something the owner knew happened. I think this room should not be rented until that in particular is fixed. Also, there were roaches in the room that would appear periodically. I know this is a small mountain town but it was the closest accommodation we could find to an event we were attending about 15 miles away and really the only place to stay in Dillard.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of parking available. The only negatives were that since the facility is older, there were some things that needed to be replaced, particularly the staircase on end of the building. It did not appear to be reliable. Since my husband is diabetic, the breakfast offered did not suffice, but for the price, the facility was fine.
