The room was nice as it was recently remodeled. There was no notice that the hotel was being completely redone. No signs where to enter. Had to park on the road. If it weren’t for another guest outside we would have thought it wasn’t open. I guess it will be nice when done but wouldn’t stay there until then.

No disclosure about the construction being done on the building. Room was not ready when we arrived. Only AFTER I paid did they tell us the room was dirty then they offered a downgrade at the same price that we paid for our room. The entire front parking lot was blocked off and you could only park in the back or on the road. The breakfast was a bowl of apples and bananas, and frozen breakfast sandwiches. This place was horrible.

The staff tried to get me to pay $150 over the room cost to allow our (3) small emotional support dogs to be in the room with us when it was 90+ degrees outside, I felt the charge was unfair since the motel promotes itself as being pet friendly.

We had no idea the hotel was undergoing major renovations. Expedia did not have notification nor the Quality Inn website. The entire place was a construction zone. The only parking lot was on the other side of the building to the entrance. We had to walk the length of the hotel multiple times to find elevators that worked and took us to our floor. Drywall dust everywhere. Open junction boxes. Tools, extension cords, lumber everywhere. The room was finished but wasn't fully outfitted with cups, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board, housekeeping sign or linens for the hideabed. The staff was trying their very best and all praise goes to them but they were in a terrible situation. There was construction noise happening all night. We had to walk through construction zones to get anywhere. The entire building would not be ADA accessible. The pool area was blocked off and we couldn't find a path open to get to it. There was only take out breakfast. It was so awful, we left after one night to stay somewhere else even though we'd paid for two nights. I'll be writing to the Quality Inn Corporate office to complain. I didn't feel like it was any of the staff's fault and didn't want to make their jobs worse than they already were. Nor did I think they had the power to make any reparations since I booked through a third party. For doing this level of renovations, they should have closed down. It was untenable to stay there during the renovations.

Good to stay

What I loved about staying @ here was the people, our friendly and they tell you who to avoid and they have a lot of things to do near and the Best thing they have is the pool and the hot tub and the shopping center around the place like Walmart.. i love it their

It will be nice once the renovations are done. That's the only reason for the lower ratings.

Some of the amenities weren't available because the hotel is in the midst of a major remodel. The part they have done is absolutely beautiful. Our room was gorgeous - well decorated, super clean, and spacious. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

All of the rooms are being remodeled as well as the foyer and rest of property. Great visit

No coffee or toilet tissue in room. Room was nice. Newly refurbished. No coffee in lobby. Machine needed cleaning.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and it's a very nice hotel, but everytime they've been doing major construction. For my most recent stay, the hot tub didn't work (which is the main reason I picked this hotel), and a good portion of the hotel was roped off for construction (including the breakfast area). The staff is very nice and created a make shift breakfast in the lobby (protein bars, breakfast sandwiches, fruit) and they were awesome to my dogs as well, but I feel like while the construction is there and some ammenities are not available, I feel $140 is a bit high for what you're getting. Once they get the hot tub back up and the construction done, this hotel is worth your stay though!

Tons on construction and they dont even tell.you when you book. No breakfast no ice machine due to construction. So they say. Staff is hit or miss if you can find them. I called front desk 4 times no answer. They put us in the second building but they are doing construction so you have to walk all the way throigh the front door and walk throw the first building to get to the second even though a door was right by thr back entrance but under construction. Save yoir money go.somewhere else

The hotel is in a midst of a remodel. There was a lot of noise and dust throughout the hotel. My room was only halfway remodeled. During my stay housekeeping, or someone stole some of my medication while I was at my husbands funeral. Staff that I talk to treated it as if I was making it up. I will definitely not be staying here ever again.

Comfy mattress nonetheless.

1. None of the outlets or charging ports by the beds worked, so I’m guessing they weren’t hooked up yet. 2. The hot and cold water for the bathtub faucet was reversed. 3. I saw earwigs crawling around the bathroom. 4. There were no cups or coffee maker. 5. The hot tub was the same temperature as the pool. 6. There was no working ice maker in the entire hotel. 7. The advertised hot buffet breakfast consisted of some fruit, a small bowl of granola bars, and some frozen Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits. No drinks were offered. So yeah, I won’t be staying at this hotel again. Maybe they’ll have their act together when renovations are done, but I don’t feel like trying again.

Cons - Hotel under renovations. Guest laundry not available, went to local laundromat. Room didn't have trash bin, had to ask for one. Bathroom light switch not located in bathroom, it was outside the bathroom. No breakfast except prepackaged things. Smoke detector in another room kept chirping. Work being done under entry canopy, rained for the full day we were there.

- Dirty - Very poorly maintained rooms (lights didn't work, hot water is under cold spigot, etc.) - Malfunctioning hottub - Unclear serving times for breakfast - Breakfast not out when they said it would be... Staff standing there like the wicked queen determining when the horde of people waiting would be allowed to eat cake They are in the midst of construction and in my opinion are not ready for guests right now. I would avoid this location until they finish their work and figure out what they are doing.

We definitely were no happy customers.
