Continental breakfast was good

Check in was great and I had a good reccomendation for dinner. Got up early the following day so I could work on line. I could not connect and error message said my room and name didnt match. Called down and associate was unalbe to help me and told me to bring my laptop down and he woudl try. It was 7 am and I didnt want to do that. I ended up using my phone's hot spot. Property was clean and easy on/off the freeway but I need a solid 3 hours of work in the mornign before I left so lack of internet and help from front desk was not ideal.

Very new hotel. Accommodations were fine. Took a while to get got water up to my room (was booked into the 4th floor). However, once the water was warm, it was good. Didn't like being told i had to pay a coverage for damage to the room. Charged $50 that'll be refunded at some point. Not sure when that'll be. Would've been nice to know that at the time of making the booking and not feeling forced to comply when I'm at the check-in counter. Overall, I'm town on if I'll book another stay here. Travel to Dixon 3x/year for meetings. Might look at other locations again.

Staff is attentive and accommodating. Rooms are clean and well stocked, quiet. Breakfast is good, continuously stocked, could use more options. Coffee is excellent.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed breakfast. Overall an amazing experience!

It was small bugs crawling in the bed I was sleeping in. Something bit me on my back.. The next day I had big bite marks on my lower back. I moved the bed it was dirty and small lady bugs behind the bed and some small black bugs. They moved me to another room it was a water leak on the side of the bed. It was reported took lots of pictures. The room was not cleaned also the top covers on the bed in both rooms had a bad odor..

Upon checking in there was no body soap in the container in the bathroom. Rooms are very small, with 4 people in the room. The breakfast in the morning was good.

The a/c unit rattled all night,making it difficult to sleep. There were no extra pillows or blanket to be had. The breakfast was hot and well stocked.
