This motel needs a lesson in humility! I went in to check in to my room at the front office and there was a young lady and her 2 kids were checking in as well. She had the money to pay for her 3 day stay but she didn't have the $50 deposit. I told the man at the counter I will pay for her deposit because I wanted to be kind. He said no and wouldn't accept her. I was so disheartened by that, I rescinded my reservation. I couldn't believe these people would be so unkind. Will never give my money to people with that kind of entitled attitude.

Nothing. Everything. It smells of cigarettes and people going drugs right outside the hotel.

Hotel is pretty run down. There is damage to the interior of the building all over the place. My room was okay. It seemed clean but smelled like there were a lot of smokers using it in the past. My keycard stopped working a few of times. The man at the front desk said not to put cards next to electronic devices. I'm not sure that was the issue. I've seen other reviews with the same problem. I wouldn't really recommended for a family trip.

No telephone, clock, or coffee in room. TV was not working. Bathroom looked newly remodeled and was clean but roaches were seen on wall outside room. Lots of foot traffic and cops driving around.

My sister ended up staying here by herself with her kid because I was sick and couldn't make the drive. The staff was entirely unhelpful in getting her checked in and refused to do anything until I called Expedia to make the change for her to get in the room (despite her being on the booking already and me being willing to video call to show my license). She felt unsafe for most of the night, and there was active construction in the lobby first thing in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for.
