Great staff and cheap rates

I reserve this hotel online by looking at pictures and reading reviews. The pictures never showed that it was a motel meaning doors on the outside. I got to the motel late that night checked in and went to the room upon entering the room smell linen was disgusting and there were roaches in the wrong dead and alive. I proceeded to go back to the front desk and inform the worker on duty. He said I have two other rooms I can show you. We went to two other rooms and they were even worse. I just told him thank you I got my family and we live in the middle of the night to go find another hotel. I was not accommodated in anyway reasonable. I would not recommend this motel stay to anyone.

We only stayed one night. The parking lot was clean. There was cameras facing in the cars. I did not have a problem with my vehicle. The room key card worked perfectly the room AC the only problem I had was I did not defend. Didn’t go on high besides that everything else is good. We checked out early in the morning at 5 AM. We wish we could’ve stayed for breakfast but we got hot coffee and hit the road thanks.

Very convenient location with clean and comfortable rooms. Great value for the price. Associate upon check-in didn't know how to find my reservation. Overall very nice property though.

I didn’t like the musty odor of the room.

Beds were super comfy. The room had a big refrigerator which was nice. The location is right by a Waffle House. The staff were really nice and helpful. Floors were dirty, WiFi was bad/wouldn’t reach to our room.

the staff is nice and the ac gets cold and the water stays hot. the paint on the wall was chipped and the plug outlets where damaged the tv remote was missing the back and the batteries wouldn't stay in and the air conditioner needed to be wiped down properly and the light fixtures need to be cleaned and the shower head needs to be soaked in vinegar to get the shower residue off.

Stayed 2 nights was good

The breakfast was surprisingly good!

Bathroom needed attention. Mold around tub. Could have used more wash cloths and towels. Only two for two people. Door in 130 stuck. Hard to open. Harder to close. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast not so much. Sausage, biscuits and gravy, potatoes but no eggs. Staff very helpful, cordial and friendly.

Nice room good for an overnight stay

No complaints about the room, air conditioning worked well and it was clean. The breakfast was ok but the second morning we went to the Waffle House next door. Very reasonablely priced.

Quiet and clean Nothing.

This was not the quality I am used to, for a Baymont.

Room smelled a little musty and the bathroom floor was very dirty looking but the beds slept good and the room was nice and cool.

Got there at almost midnight to rest on a long trip, checked in 6-17-2026. First room we were put in the beds were made but it was obvious the sheets were dirty and when I pulled the sheets back I even found someones dirty underwear. Lady at front desk even said someone complained about another room that night. The second room sheets looked clean and we were so tired we just laid down and slept. When I went to use the bathroom in the morning the bathroom was full of garbage, dirty towels in the tub and a rag that looked like someone wiped their butt with on the sink. Also both rooms just felt damp and the second had a gap under the door big enough for me to fit my hand under. It was obvious that they do not change the sheets and half ass any type of cleaning. Will never stay here again.

They had great breakfast!! Comfy beds & very clean establishment!!! Great price as well for a stopover!!
