The people with the kids kept calling the front desk about others being loud but their kids were upstairs on the floor where I was running up and down the hallways with diapers on

Clean room. TV remote did not function. Did not care for the shower products.

I came down at 8:00 AM…didn’t see a breakfast.

No towels in room, when I had to go to theboffice to get them I got a 10 minute speech about the cleaning service amd their assumed duties, returned to my room two of the towels were dirty with like a large Boot or shoe import on them, tub was dirty. Coffee the next morning was old and burnt when I asked the front desk at 630am to please make some fresh. He argues and said it was fresh he had made it FIVE hours ago. I insisted on fresh please. He cam back out 30 minutes later with about 2cups in a glass carafe sating he just made it, I asked why did he make so little ?? He said it's fresh and walked away setting in on the counter, also at 630 am no hot water, food was old and cold, the front desk guy seemed clueless about my disappointment, and got frustrated, never apologized. I walked to the waffle house and two of the employees said that the poor quality of coffee and breakfast from the hotel brings them daily business with the same complaints..very disgusted with this stay amd the entire experience BRENDA Sue Naquin. 504 251 0000 Seee above answer

Location and comfort It's not that I didn't like it, but I enjoy having a hot breakfast during my stay.

Free laundry is helpful when you are needing to wash soccer uniforms! Excellent facilities with speed queens on site and free coffee in the lobby.
