Candlewood Suites Dothan by IHG

Quick one night stay. No complaints.

The hotel clerk made sure we got a nice room. The room was quiet, no outside noises, no elevator noise, comfortable bed. We enjoyed.

Glad we gave it another chance after seeing better reviews. There are still areas of improvements in the smaller details of cleaning and dusting, but overall much better!

Stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always very clean

Hotel was nice just had some problems with ants in one of our rooms plus a few roaches were seen but other than that it was very nice

This is the cleanest friendliest hotel I have stayed in in a long time. Loved the front desk people they were so friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were great. I would definately stay here again if I were in the area. Thank You

Everything was perfect here

There was a small sticky stain on the carpet, but everything else was in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and fully stocked, and the kitchen had everything I needed and more.

This property appears to be new and well cared for. No breakfast service is available but a few packaged foods are available for sale. Coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Very comfortable stay.

Shabby, dingy furnishings and carpet in the room. Funky smells throughout the property. Hallway and elevators were hot. The cleanest areas were the front desk/reception, dining room and exterior spaces. We dispute the 8.6 rating on the Expedia website and think it sits more accurately at 7.1

Make that there's always someone at the desk.

The room was clean and I’m pretty picky. This property appears to be fairly new. I enjoyed the kitchen and w/d availability. We did have little insects in drain (these live near oceans I’ve had them before at beach) not roaches yuck I’m picky and would have moved hotels so nothing that was a deal killer. Beds comfy and felt safe. Plenty of shopping and eating near property.

This was the best room layout I’ve seen at a Candlewood property.

Would recommend especially if staying several days as a small kitchen is included with everything you might need including dishwasher and full size fridge.
