Passable

Booked a room specifically with 2 queen beds and hotel had us in a king. How is that possible when I booked specifically a room with 2 queen beds. I am not sleeping 4 people in 1 king bed. Super rude front desk and had no explanation but that sorry we are sold out. Unacceptable. So now have to find another hotel day of which cost me more money.

Nice and clean. Very comfy bed. No coffee on Monday morning and where is the breakfast??? We went to Shoney’s for breakfast under the advice of a worker there. All I seen was cold cereal out and if you wanted a breakfast sandwich you pay for it.

Toilet stopped working. Had to fill up the tank with every flush. This happened the morning of departure. Did report to the front desk at checkout.

The TV didn't work I believe because of poor internet services because we couldn't connect to the Wifi there

The front office staff was excellent. Barbara and Emmitt were great! The TV didn't work I believe because of poor internet services because we couldn't connect to the Wifi there

Room floors were filthy.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Didn't care much for the in room coffee.

Clean, friendly staff We paid an extra $20 for breakfast expecting a “full” breakfast! Instead we were given a voucher which only allowed 1 “hot” item and a coffee. We chose to split a microwave breakfast burrito and found eats elsewhere! This was a total misrepresentation of the “ full “ breakfast expense.
