Best Western Dothan Inn & Suites

The place smelled like a kennel, not a good place if you have a cat allergy. Would not go back

Everyone was very kind. They made sure we had what we needed. We were able to rest in our clean room. The beds were comfortable and there was enough pillows! Breakfast was very good.

The room was generally fine, though the towel rack and door hanger in the bathroom were both barely hanging onto the wall. There was also food containers from a previous guest under the AC unit. The major disappointment though was that the cooked portion of the breakfast was constantly out of stock despite there being minimal guests in the hotel, and it took a long time for them to cook more. The pool was quite small, and definitely not for swimming.

Evening staff was great! We came in late and once the receptionist saw our family she upgraded our room to the more spacious 2 queens with sofa!!

I made a reservation online, the site said they were pet friendly, however, they do not allow dogs over 40 lbs. They canceled my reservation when I got there! I find this rather discriminating as my dog may be large, but WHAT is the difference please?

We had a problem with the sink in the bathroom ,but the lady at the front desk came up and fixed it. we told her she was a great plumber. Everything else was great in the room.

The stay was for one night and we were very tired from a long day or we would have changed hotels. We needed a handicap accessible room. The carpets were stained the room could have been cleaner. Found a spider on top of my bed once we entered. I know that could happen at any hotel but entering and the floors being stained and then the spider just didnt make the room feel clean. The rooms or that room could use some TLC.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was good. The hotel room smelled of mildew and mold, even more when running A/C. Bathroom door had chips of wood off the bottom of the door and the caulk around the tub/shower needed updates. An older hotel.

This was a one night stay for us as we were traveling through to Florida. Hotel was conveniently located, well lit, clean, close to shopping and eating establishments. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was too firm for our liking but we are used to a Purple mattress.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it was clear the hotel takes pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. Traveling with a family can sometimes be stressful, but the cleanliness and comfort made it feel easy and relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the breakfast — it was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety for everyone in my family to enjoy. We also appreciated that the hotel has a small gym, which was a nice bonus during our trip. Overall, this was such a great and economical stay for our family. The value for the price was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dothan.
