The lication was great and the staff was nice. The room was dirty, the dogs had dribbled some water so grabbed a washcloth to wipe up, there is NO WAY it had been mopped in a while, nasty. The thermostat on the wall did not work but was able to control at unit but was very noisy. There were dirty spots on the quilt on bed. Did check sheets, they appeared clean. Did get and put on our own pillow cases. Went to the front desk, they said sorry. No adjustments. The staff when taking break would sit at table outside room, (there was a pool there) thus having to make sure dogs didnt bark as they heard people talking. I did receive an email from them that said they will be starting a remodel and to try again. Not sure, but really there shoukd have been some type of adjustment, I just dont like dirty rooms.

Room was dirty, sticky floors, moldy shower curtain, long white curly hair on bathroom floor and in sheets, breakfast was low budget but staff was kind.
