The staff were so kind and helpful, but the hotel is in need of some care. The entire place was humid and musty. Our room did not have functional central air conditioning and was running off of a window unit that struggled against the summer humidity. The bathroom was well-worn and in need of updating. The exterior doors, other than the main door, did not work with our room key. They have a dedicated pet area, though it was pretty gross and there is not really any other safe space to walk your dog. The gym is nice and the lobby is lovely with great coffee and breakfast.

We chose to make our short stay here, close to airport for an early flight, walking distance to mall. They have a Peloton in the gym that I didn’t have time for! 🤗 Great comfortable stay!!!

Excellent staff. Wheni checked in the guy at the front dest was EXTREMELY NICE. I'M IMPRESSED and i am returning for a few days in July. Everything was perfect during my stay

The breakfast was very good. There was a variety of the main courses each day. The staff did not appear to be visible/or available at times. The room was nice and the price was very reasonable. I would stay at this Hotel again if in Douglasville.

Great location, clean and super friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and I liked how they had coffee and hot cocoa or tea available at all times. Well they knew we were going to use the sofa bed, yet there were no pillows or blankets for it. So I had to go fetch them myself. Other than that…all was great!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I loved the location of the hotel. The breakfast was perfect for our on the go weekend. The parking was good also. We were in town for a travel ball tournament. Our first game ended at 12:30. We were really tired from the drive in that morning and I had put in my notes asking to check in at least by 2 instead of 3 when I did my online booking. I was denied check in an hour early so we waited in the parking lot for an hour.
