Clean comfortable will be back

Suites in Douglasville, GA. I checked in at approximately 4:00 PM and checked out around 8:30 PM the same day because I found the room unacceptable and unsuitable for an overnight stay. I observed multiple issues, including hair throughout the room, dingy bedding with a yellow- discolored pillow, marks on the toilet lid that I cleaned myself, visible dirt in the bathtub that I cleaned up, stains on the mini refrigerator, marks on the walls, a hair tie on the floor, gum stuck to the wall, and a damaged bathroom door that appeared to have been poorly repaired. The room phone was also not working. I contacted the front desk using my cell phone and requested replacement bedding. I was provided sheets, pillowcases, and a mattress cover, but no replacement comforter. No housekeeping staff were available during my stay, so the room could not be re- cleaned or the reported issues corrected. Because there was no practical way to remedy the situation, I chose to leave the hotel the same evening rather than stay overnight. Afterward, management contacted me regarding my complaint. They confirmed that gum was present on the wall and stated that the wall marks were scuffs requiring paint rather than cleaning. They disputed my reports regarding the hair, hair tie, and bedding condition, stating they found no evidence during their later inspection. However, I maintain those issues were present during my stay.

Clean Rooms

Good value for the price however rooms (box springs beds) need updating and air in room was musty and humid. Could use cleaning and updating. Good breakfast.

Loved the location. Did not love the German cockroaches. Observed multiple adults and nymphs. Very unsettling. The property itself and the staff are more than adequate and this appears to be an ongoing issue with the property and would absolutely stay again if this is resolved.

Near plenty of stores and restaurants. Breakfast was decent.

Our go to hotel when we go see the Braves play.

One night stay on a long road trip. Hotel was clean, check in was quick. Unfortunately there was a one person in front of me with colorful language and the person at the front desk handled it well. We traveled with our pets this time around and the area was safe to walk them. Pet areas were clean. Room was clean but floors were damp and slippery. But, it's a humid time of year. Breakfast was your standard options but most important item there was on point, the coffee was hot! Will stay here again.
