Air in lobby/breakfast area not working. Ice machine on 3rd floor not working. Upon arrival was greeted by an agitated, aggressive barking, dog at the check in counter. Thank God our stay is over.

Quick check in. Very courteous individual at front desk. This La Quinta was way better than the one we stayed at the night before in Fort Worth, TX.

This my second time staying at this location and i must say it was a pleasure. The room very spacious and well maintained. Friendly staff and very helpful. And don't even mention breakfast it was sooooo delicious plenty of options to choose. If you are looking for an enjoyable stay at any hotel, please don't hesitate to book your stay at laquinta

Upon arrival the run that was booked had a really bad smell and we had to be changed to another room

Our room had two main problems, the microwave didn’t work and the roof was mouldy

I really like my room. It was quiet and I didn’t hear anyone walking or talking in the halls. It’s not paper thin and I really enjoyed being there.

Suites in Douglasville, GA. I checked in at approximately 4:00 PM and checked out around 8:30 PM the same day because I found the room unacceptable and unsuitable for an overnight stay. I observed multiple issues, including hair throughout the room, dingy bedding with a yellow- discolored pillow, marks on the toilet lid that I cleaned myself, visible dirt in the bathtub that I cleaned up, stains on the mini refrigerator, marks on the walls, a hair tie on the floor, gum stuck to the wall, and a damaged bathroom door that appeared to have been poorly repaired. The room phone was also not working. I contacted the front desk using my cell phone and requested replacement bedding. I was provided sheets, pillowcases, and a mattress cover, but no replacement comforter. No housekeeping staff were available during my stay, so the room could not be re- cleaned or the reported issues corrected. Because there was no practical way to remedy the situation, I chose to leave the hotel the same evening rather than stay overnight. Afterward, management contacted me regarding my complaint. They confirmed that gum was present on the wall and stated that the wall marks were scuffs requiring paint rather than cleaning. They disputed my reports regarding the hair, hair tie, and bedding condition, stating they found no evidence during their later inspection. However, I maintain those issues were present during my stay.
