The Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean but the bed was old and uncomfortable, they put two mattress covers( just get new beds)the air conditioning was in the other room by the kitchen and it was hard to feel the air in the bedroom. I had to buy a small fan. The toilet got clogged up (2x)and almost overflowed, the floor felt like you were gonna fall thu next to the tub and the TV was so small like a 32 in. for the bedroom and the living room that was a mess (get bigger TV maybe mount it on the wall) also the furniture was outdated as well. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff and maintenance guy we would’ve checked out and paid for another hotel. One thing for sure I won’t stay here again!

It was a very bad experience. The only good thing is that the room was clean. The door didn’t lock, the dishwasher was creating a sickening odor, tv didn’t work, our reservations we’re screwed up and we even had to move from room to room because of that.

It was perfect for my family of 5 and very clean in our room. Not a real big thing but it would have came handy the light in the kitchen fan didn’t work it would have made the perfect night light . Like I said not a big thing.And the waffle machine wasn’t working the kids were looking forward to them in the morning for breakfast. It was different than the pictures online.

Bedroom: only one nightstand. No TV but there was a connector for it (TV was in the other room). Needs more USB connectors. Bathroom: no storage place for personal bath items.

Further, to our dismay there was trash underneath the bed apparently from a previous stay. Instead of "Mainstay", the recommendation is "STAY AWAY".

The staff were friendly and accommodating! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will stay there again! The a/c was struggling with the humidity and the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. But those are easily fixed.

Roaches and mold everywhere in room

Nice spacious rooms. However, the whole place is very tired and worn out. Very much in need of a renovation.
