Further, to our dismay there was trash underneath the bed apparently from a previous stay. Instead of "Mainstay", the recommendation is "STAY AWAY".

The staff were friendly and accommodating! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will stay there again! The a/c was struggling with the humidity and the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. But those are easily fixed.

What happed to Customer service? It certainly left this MainStay Hotel. Absolutely no communication with two of the associates behind the counter. Left the next day, and there was no recognition that we were even there. We don’t generally have any things from the morning breakfast table except coffee and fruit. There was no coffee, oranges the size of a marble. The yogurt was a 2 oz thimble, and the balance of products was nothing that we have ever seen! Just Plain Sad.

The location was great The place was dirty. The back door was unsecure. Smelled like smoke down the main hallway.Clearly there was a family living there.

Room had a weird smell. Bathroom socket didnt stay on when i tried to shaved. The wifi was aweful. You're suppose to feel comfortable away from home in Hotel (Hotel like). It was a terrible experience.

Roaches Roaches Roaches! All I’m gonna say is! I would never stay here again my recommendation is to go somewhere else I’m also confident that the cleaning crew does not do a great job with cleaning and disinfectanting rooms! This place is bed bugs if not already! I wouldn’t give the main stay a 1 star
