I would not recommend this hotel. I am from out of town and the pictures are not a true representation of what the hotel looked like. There were people outside all night drinking and playing load music. There was also a very sketchy person that literally stood next to our door for 4 hours and talked on his phone. I will never come back here.

We run a lot of weekend trips and have stayed in many kinds of places. This one was the worst, and we felt ripped off the moment we entered the room, certainly not worth $125 a night. If I wasn't so tired, we would have left immediately. The room had a funny smell. The air conditioner temperature would not go lower than 76, although the room was easily around 84. Only two towels in the room, no washcloths or hand towels. No cups. The freezer in the refrigerator was overflowing with condensation ice. We discovered it started to defrost when we found our wet stuff inside the next morning. The Directv service did not work; it appeared as if the place hadn't paid the bill. We called the desk several times with no answer. We went to the lobby and explained what was happening. Twenty minutes later, the desk clerk came to look at it. He couldn't fix it and made several excuses before leaving. We discovered the toilet was filthy, the bowl coated with a layer of what looked like black dirt. Obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. The shower pressure was so weak it should have been called a dribble rather than a shower. The king size bed had only two thin pillows. We made it through the night anyway and proceeded to check out the promised free breakfast. What a joke; there was only cereal and some juice. No coffee, no tea, no eggs, no pancakes and no waffles. We checked out and went to the nearby Waffle House. Fellow travellers: AVOID THIS PLACE!

The AC worked. I don't recommend this place. I, admittedly, was looking for something a step above camping with AC without paying holiday weekend prices. However, the floor in the room was uneven. The toilet needed help flushing. And, I had top find and turn on the power for the refrigerator and lights. I was bothered by neighbors who were likely long-term residents who had less than honorable intentions. I'm assuming that based on the time of night he was bothering me. The staff was nice but the several places you have to initial in a contract concerning theft, when checking-in, says they know they have a problem. I booked this place mostly because of the "Days Inn" name. I'll be sending them an email.

Stayed here a few years ago and was happy with my stay then. This time was a disappointing experience. Both property managers I talked to were kind. The property and room, however, were substandard. The room was in poor shape. Light switches were dirty and grimy. Dresser was missing knobs and in terrible condition. Room didn’t have a trash can or hangers for coat rack. The ac worked great but the carpet was all wet on that side of the room. The bolt for the door was very difficult to lock. Also, they claimed to offer breakfast, but it was bread and a toaster as well as cereal and milk. Will not be staying here again.

There's nothing much good to say. The place is a dump. The only decent thing was the desk help. Nothing likable bout this place one of the worst places I've booked through booking. It stinks, it's filthy. I was hesitant to stay but there wasn't another option.

I stayed for 4 nights and not even once did housekeeping showed up to remove my garbage or freshen up my room. I went for a funeral and everything else in Dover was sold out. That's the only reason I stuck it up for those 4 horrible nights. I wolud have checked out and would have careless whether i got a refund or not. Simply put that Day's Inn was just not a sanitary or a safe environment Buyers beware!

The non stop partying and TV 's on load in ajoinig rooms all night long.
-
It was just terrible at check in had to check out 5 minutes after. The carpet was dirty and so were the sheets. The doors were hard to open and they had to break it in. The receptionist was rude and yelled that we were not going to get a refund when we returned the keys. Will not recommend. Had to find another place

Absolutely AWFUL!!! I wouldn't stay at this place if you paid me. Walked to the room, opened the door and was inundated by an ash tray smell except that the ash tray was the entire room as if 1,000 people had been chain smoking for 1,000 years in there non-stop. The room was filthy from what I could see in the 10 seconds I walked in. I turned around and went right back to the front desk, asked for a refund (which they wouldn't give me) and went to a a different hotel. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

I had to switch rooms. The first room smelled terrible, the fridge had mold in it and no microwave. They changed my 4oom because there is a no refund fee. I have been sitting here for more than 40 minutes waiting on batteries for the remote control. The floors have never been swept around the walls, there's ink and other stains on the sheets, curtains have blood stains! We went to the store to purchase disinfectant and sheets. $168 for 1 night! Why? We could've stayed at Dover Downs. Never ever again! Spend your money elsewhere and let's not forget about the toilet not being bolted down

Catfish Hotel. This is not a Wyndham property and I am reporting to them. We did not stay and I am still waiting for my refund. Disgusting property that rents rooms by the hour.

I wouldn’t know I accidentally booked this hotel when I was meaning to book in Dover New Hampshire hoping to get refunded from Expedia….

Don’t go there.

This hotel desperately needs to get remodeling. I accidently booked this hotel, I didn't look at reviews before booking (I usually never do it). Good things: clean bedroom sheets, hot water in the shower. Everything else was looking super old- furniture, cabinets, all room. Breakfast did not exist. Owned should invest some money in this place if they want to stay in the business.

I couldn't even bring myself to stay here. As soon as I open the door the first thing I seen was dirty hand prints all over the bass of the bed. Then I seen a bug crawl under the mattress so I pull off the blanket to see wholes in the sheets. I asked for a smoke free room and that room smelled of nothing but cigarettes and uncleaned carpets. The door couldn't even lock properly with men hanging outside. I was just passing through and that was terrible. The manager said he wouldn't refund my money because I pulled the blankets off, which someone needed to because that whole bed need to be tossed out with bug and dirt all in it. It is clear that that place doesn't get cleaned and if just for drug addicts and kids trying to get a cheap quickie which lord please dont.... lay down and carry more home then bedbugs....

When I reported these issues and requested a different room, the front desk employee insisted on inspecting the room first. During the inspection, I invited him to smell the refrigerator himself, but he denied there was any odor despite it being obvious to us. My mother, who was staying nearby, came into the room and independently confirmed the smell. The employee initially refused to move us, stating that because we had sat on the beds, the room could no longer be rented to another guest. Only after I began taking photos and videos was another room offered. Unfortunately, the replacement room was only slightly better. It also lacked a smoke alarm and had several maintenance issues, including a broken shower rod, a broken light fixture sitting on a shelf, exposed nails where an iron holder had been ripped from the wall, and multiple bugs. The condition of both rooms and the handling of our concerns fell far below what I would expect from a Wyndham branded property. The missing smoke alarms in both rooms were particularly concerning from a safety standpoint.

The room that I rented had roaches. There was a roach in the bed with me. The towels had hair in them. The tub was rusted and the tv didn’t work.
