The hotel itself was fine and it was clean The issues were the staff and also trying to get fresh linen and fresh towels was a problem the whole weekend

Nothing Front desk service was terrible breakfast was bad and undercooked. Was told I should have canceled of I didn't like it. Had to wait 15 minutes to get the room at 4:15 in the afternoon

Great location TV not working. No way of having it fixed. Refrigerator wasn't working properly in my room. Nothing not working properly.

The fact that I only booked one night There could have been a fridge in the room instead of an empty space.Eventually I got a room with a tiny fridge at first I thought it was the microwave. Breakfast room door locked ,the receptionist said we got no deliveries.Coffee? In your room,great.No coffee pods.Can I have a refund ask Bookings.This was a secret deal from Bookings.com.Please Bookings ,NO MORE SECRET DEALS for me.

It was close to the venue. Room was disgusting. Smelled horrible. The water was brown. The bed was firm and gross.

The room was dirty. Spiders dead and stuck to wall and ceiling. Room and hallways dark and dingy. Bathroom door in room did not close. The glass on side doors to property were smashed and boarded up with caution tape and chair placed in front so no one would use them. We were in town for a concert and had no other options for hotel as everything was sold out months in advance so we were forced to pay an astronomical price for the condition and lack of cleanliness of this hotel. Never again!
