The room was very nice. The bathroom seemed to be recently updated.

The breakfast was ok, except that were was not a lot to choose from there. The cleanliness of the hotel room was my main concern. When we went to our room, then we was kinda wrinkled and pillows not in the right position so it made me think that it might not have been made up that day. I pulled the covers back to find thst the sheets were crumpled up and a ball of tissue or toilet paper in the bed under the sheets. There was also a hassock in front of the arm chair that had leather peeling very badly. I called the front desk and asked them to come to the room because I wanted to share what we saw. The lady came and said she would move us to another room in which she did. By now I was upset, because the room was quite expensive $259 for the night, and to find a bed with the covering pulled up made to look thst it had been cleaned, was upsetting. We went to another room, which was not much different and I asked for clean sheets because I refused to sleep on sheets in this hotel just because the room had been cleaned. The bathroom was not clean; the shower had not been scrubbed clean and there were rings in the toilet. I was quite disappointed and the hotel should have discounted the room heavily or given it to us after what we went through. I even had to make up the bed (change the sheets) in the new room myself. My husband and I checked out the next day. I would never stay there again. I really want to file a formal complaint and request my stay be refunded!

Breakfast was great

Location,clean rooms and public areas, staff were friendly I reserved 2 rooms, when I checked out I informed staff the other room was still being used but the individual would be out before 10 AM. I as told that was fine. I found out later that housekeeping staff knocked on door at 8:30 advising individual they had to leave immediately. They of course complied but do wish they would have said something when I left instead of stating it was fine

El cuarto grande limpió las camas muy cómodas.. el baño y su luz espectacular… el desayuno muy variado y de muy buen sabor. Quizás la única queja para mi gusto el agua de la piscina estaba fría, puede que para otros no aunq todo el q vi al meterse su reacción fue la misma

The only thing I liked was it’s proximity to a really good Mexican restaurant. My room wasn’t fully prepared. The towels in the bathroom were clean, but a couple of them were unfolded, which made me question whether or not they have been used. I found bathroom towels thrown on top of the shelf in the closet. All windows inside and outside of my room were filthy. The place just seemed run down and dirty to me.

I left my clothes there and no one ever called me.

Location was convenient. Room price was competitive with other hotels. Parking was convenient to main entrance. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern, well stocked, and clean. The room we were checked into and given keys to, was already occupied by someone else causing us to enter their room unannounced while they were there (completely inexcusable)! The carpet in the room had a slight musty odor (as carpet does). The internet service was exceptionally poor causing disconnection frequently and rendering it unusable. The windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. Recycling garbage cans were stationed in the main floor hallway appearing unsanitary. The lobby was dated and unattractive.

Everything the staff was great and the atmosphere was great as well. Nothing everything was fine. There was nothing wrong with the property and I have no complaints.
