Everything was great

The carpet in the hallways had stains. The fixtures in the room were old and there were no updates for electronics. I was in town for an event and did not spend much time in the room other than for sleeping. The slots were in take mode the entire weekend.

Facility was nice. Pool was closed in the middle of summer. Customer service really sucked. Some of the staff at registration desk were nice and helpful but some were not. Concierge desk rushed me off the phone and gave me inaccurate info on fitness room hours. Bartender at the rotating bar served everyone who came up after us and we waited 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. He never got around to serving us even after he said he’d be right over. No valet, no help from bell staff to offer a cart for use and no assistance with bags. Poor customer service was ultimately the major complaint. Housekeeping never came until the last day. Trash was overflowing and they never offered fresh towels until the evening before we checked out. We won’t be back.

We love this hotel and casino. Well worth the money and it's price friendly! Always clean and well kept. Friendly staff. The best place to stay in Dover!!!

As always nice, spacious, and clean rooms. Customer service at the front desk and from the cleaning staff was impeccable. The pool is now open which was great for the kids to have something to do during the holiday weekend. Two thumbs up!

Very satisfied with the stay. Hotel rooms are clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants are delicious. We tried Macau Kitchen and Royal Prime Steak House. We’re all very happy with the stay.

Love the room, restaurant and room. Food was great, casino was clean and room was clean. The people who got put in the next room were SO SO Noisy so our rest was totally disturbed.

It was dated but it was clean and well maintained, it was great for a one-night stay We arrived late around 9 pm my husband went to the casino, and no refreshment were available even at the bar it was closed, no food and he left by 11:30.

The room still smelled like smoke, possibly from the stair case next door. A bit old looking, the shower can remove tattoos and skin with it's ridiculously strong spray. The casino was relatively empty and quiet. The pool was closed but the foyer was very pretty. The bed was very soft and not that comfortably. I really like their towels

The room is very clean, but the bed was not comfortable, it hurts my back. Every staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast restaurant has perfect food - we loved it. We played some of casino machines, they were fine, no issues.
