Ashley at the front desk is top notch. She is incredibly helpful and pleasant to interact with- especially after a long drive. We booked last minute with our pups and the room as clean and nice and cool. Highly recommended.

In all everything was good except the breakfast, it tasted so bland and not flavorful, but the bed was cozy, I slept like a baby.

The mattress and pillows need to be replaced. Pillows were flat and mattress was lumpy.

The beds were very comfortable and was glad for an elevator as well as we loved the hot breakfast! It’s the reason we chose this place to stay Took awhile to check in but the computers were updating and the staff at the counter were very patient and friendly and even provided my husband with some water and a snack for his time The lady who was running the breakfast, she was very rude, my 2 year old was throwing away his trash and she went off on him and then my husband was getting more food so my 2 year old went to meet him with his plate so he could have more sausage but spilled a few potatoes on the floor which my husband was gonna pick up right away but she was quick to scold my husband about cleaning it up, we were too afraid to ask for restock as the milk was out, the whipped cream was out, and the yogurt was out, but another couple she treated more respectively and had gotten them more yogurt, we weren’t sure if she didnt like us because we had 3 kids or because we were white but we didnt appreciate the disrespect
