Room smelled like mildew, air conditioning was fair, ants were in our room on the second floor. Walls and floors are thin. You can hear everything from people walking to them talking very clearly next door. Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was neat and as clean as it could get. Need major upgrades.

The staff was friendly and fixed the discrepancies of the room. Upon arrival the mini refrigerator was wet on the bottom of the unit. Perhaps someone recently defrosted the unit and didn't wipe out the inside of the refrigerator. The room phone didn't initially work and they fixed it. The toilet looked like it hadn't been scrubbed/cleaned in a long time and the overall cleanliness of the room wasn't up to standards.

First room had a large puddle of water from the frozen fridge. Second room had a fire door that would not automatically close. It had to be pushed extremely roughly to close. Had stained ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Watered down shampoo. Was not offered any compensation for the issues. Front staff was welcoming and friendly.

I would not recommend this location. Several customers were smoking in front of the entrance. Lobby has bad odor. There's a reason why their photo only shows the chairs. The rest is not appealing. I stopped there in did not check - in. They refused to give a refund. We did not stay at this hotel.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The room was clean, but as with many hotels, it could use a little upgrading. The bed was VERY comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The A/C worked great since we were in the middle of a heatwave. I would definitely stay again at this location.

Location Staff Not a thing

Good clean hotel in a good area. Lots of stores around. Breakfast on a Sunday was 6 to 9 am. Way to early!

The room had a mildew smell if you put the AC past 70 degrees. My last night there, I opened the sofa bed up and found that one side of the couch seat was covered in bodily fluids. There was stains on the curtain. I ran out of shampoo after one use. The lighting was terrible and half the lights didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible! I almost face planted at the pool deck near the black table because of a wood board being loose.
