Good clean hotel in a good area. Lots of stores around. Breakfast on a Sunday was 6 to 9 am. Way to early!
-
Broken shower and microwave also had holes in the wall

The room had a mildew smell if you put the AC past 70 degrees. My last night there, I opened the sofa bed up and found that one side of the couch seat was covered in bodily fluids. There was stains on the curtain. I ran out of shampoo after one use. The lighting was terrible and half the lights didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible! I almost face planted at the pool deck near the black table because of a wood board being loose.

Comfortable room, nice staff, ice machine on each floor.

The housekeeping service was terrible. We left for the day expecting the room to be cleaned, but when we returned, nothing had been done. We had to reuse our towels because no fresh towels or linens were provided. When we called the front desk, we were told that Dover’s water was brown and that they were filtering it. That explanation made no sense when the issue was simply getting clean towels and proper housekeeping service. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful when we brought these concerns to their attention. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of service, uncomfortable accommodations, and unprofessional customer service, this was a very disappointing stay. I would not stay here again.

The reception restrooms were dirty—there were even dead cockroaches on the floor—but the room and the rest of the place were clean; the staff was excellent.

Great location. Clean rooms. Needs a little updating. Breakfast included with stay. Courteous staff.

Room was musty. We got in late and went right to bed. Woke up to terribly dirty sheets. Son slept on the pull out couch and when we got the sheets out of the drawer they were dirty also. Complained and they gave us a new room. Pool was very small and outdated. Breakfast was ok. Glad they got donuts from Sam’s Club. Waffle maker worked but syrup was not great.

The outside of the hotel looked fine, but the moment we walked in we were hit with an overpowering fragrance that seemed to be trying to mask a musty odor throughout the building. The front desk area was covered by what I initially thought was bulletproof glass, especially since the entrance door warns that it locks at midnight "for your safety." It turned out to be an old COVID barrier that really should have been removed years ago. Unfortunately, the room had the same musty smell as the lobby. There was also a black hair in one of the towels, which immediately made me question the cleanliness of the room. The hair dryer looked like it was from the 1950s and didn't work at all. To top it off, the beds were as hard as a rock, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. Overall, the hotel felt dated, poorly maintained, and in need of significant updates.

Clean room was very. I will book a stay again in the future.

It was clean and good price.

2 negatives: 1) The breakfast was okay, but could be more extravagant, to offer more protein choices. There was no peanut butter to put on toast, which I see as a staple of most hotels. 2) The door to my room was not sealed tightly and allowed a lot of light into the room at night. When I mentioned this to the staff, they brought up strip insulation and did the best they could do to address this problem, so I give them high marks for that! Overall, a nice place to stay on a budget.
