When I arrived, my reservation had been canceled with no apparent reason. The front desk person called the manager and got me back set up. I had to wait in the lobby while they waited for a return call. My room had a very musty smell. There was a tiny blood smear on my bedding. I tried to iron my jackets for the next day and the iron had something melted all over it. When I asked for another iron, the front desk person went room to room to find a replacement. They were all damaged similarly. She finally found one that was scratched and not covered in a melted burn. I took it back to the room and tried to fill it with water for the stea setting and all the water ran out. This was a difficult stay to say the least.

Every corner you turn from the front door to my room smelled worse and worse.

Shopping was nice, staff were pleasant. Hotel was old, smells musty, carpet was old, towels were old and hard. Definitely not worth the $230.00 I pard for a overnight stay. Breakfast was fair. It was a step above a motel experience.

I like the room because it smells amazing and comfortable I would definitely book here again.

The room didn’t smell good I had to go in and disinfect it. The wall was peeling in the bathroom . Some of the outlets didn’t work in the room. The refrigerator barely worked and my drinks wouldn’t get cold. The property owners was walking around invading peoples privacy by taking videos.
