I told front desk and they didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Front door was locked at 7:00pm

The key card readers didn't work at our room several times. The side door was always locked. Had to use key card to enter the hotel at 8:00 a.m.

Location was great! Room was nice and spacious. I booked 2 rooms and was happy that the rooms were connected. It would have been nice it we could have circled on a little earlier.

Hotel could use some upgrades the AC in my room barely worked the furniture seen better days, the breakfast was good. The staff were nice. Parking not the greatest all and all 3 stars.
