Was very surprised at the property and especially the staff! Breakfast server Ida, chef Lisa and front desk agents Jasmine and Serenity were all excellent. Thank you!

Secure; arming is not gated but someone is around all the time. This hotel has exceptional customer service. It is very small but if you want a great stay over, this would be it. The breakfast was exceptional, but it did not come with the room package. however, perhaps because of this there was none of that mad rush to a cramped breakfast room & standing in line for waffles.

A lot of places to eat and shop It was Hindenburg off the road not easy to see

We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear a person above us the second night that was not there the first night. The bathroom sink did not drain well. The room was very clean. They have washers and dryers which is very nice. I was able to wash my sons uniform for day two of the tournaments.

I didn't really like anything about the hotel The fridge didn't work and had a terrible smell, there was a giant street light that was shining directly into our hotel room window, the breakfast wasn't included (and was pretty expensive if you bought it and it was the mediocre fare you'd get at a complimentary breakfast buffet), we brought my elderly dog and got a noise complaint about him (I've traveled all over the country with him over the past 10 years and this was the first noise complaint I've ever gotten about him), we also got the noise complaint in the early afternoon which seemed a little excessive, especially considering how loud the cleaning crew was at 8AM right outside our room (apparently we were right by staff quarters), the room was small and not really what I expected, the location is sketchy - my boyfriend went to the Wendy's drive-thru that shares a parking lot with the hotel and his vehicle was approached by a strange man, I was also charged an additional $125 in addition to my original booking costs as an incidentals deposit? That didn't even include the $50 pet fee. I've had to put a card on file with hotels before but I've never been preemptively charged before. Overall, this was just not a good experience and I won't be staying with Hilton again - Marriott Bonvoy has much nicer accommodations and are actually pet friendly.

It was ok. I was on a brief business visit in the area and the hotel satisfied my needs.

Room was great. Staff was excellent. Way overpriced food. It was cheaper to eat out of the hotel. One of our party find the pool hard to get out of.

Perfect location and always clean! The staff is absolutely wonderful. We love coming to this location because the staff is super friendly, warm and welcoming. The food is great too. I’d like to shout out this amazing group of people: Ida, Carla, Lisa and Chris. They are the BEST and deserve recognition!! N/A

Pet friendly, I paid for my continental breakfast the first morning. $10.00 but second morning there was a better selection for continental breakfast and it was free. I also have two $50. Each day and I’m not sure what the charges were for (maybe my puppies). Overall, my stay was pleasant .

I love this hotel! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, even late at night which is when I usually arrive. My daughter attends DSU and it is local to the school, so this I always my hotel choice in the area. The hotel is clean and the renovations have made it even nicer.
