Computer table not pulled out and dusted crumbs on that. Ottoman should have been pulled out so it could have been vaccum. Cheerios under air conditioner.

Place was clean Nice scenery Close to places didn't have to drive far at all They should check electronics before giving room to make sure everything is in working order.. The TV wasn't working or the plug in the kitchen.. I had to plug the coffee pot by the bed to get coffee. The mattress in the pullout was very thin, you could feel the bars underneath.

Bed was very comfortable. Able to control room temp easily. Shower could have been cleaner. Kitchen well equipped. This was my second stay and would stay again. Right across the street from the Rockaway Town Square Mall, great location!

Will not recommend-had several issues over a few day stay and they did absolutely nothing to try to resolve anything! Wen we come back, will for sure be giving next door a try!

The room was great size, however-overpriced. The first night got no sleep, due to the microwave throwing out sparks, was running with nothing being done to it, and when you kept the door open the lights inside the microwave would look like a strobe light-went down to reception and she came up to the room and tried reaching out to engineering & did offer to switch rooms (however it was 3:30or later in the morning, and I was not going to wake my 5 year old up and move her all around and her not go back to sleep, when she finally just fell asleep not much before this happened.) I said we'll unplug it and just go without until the next day when my child woke up & was told there would be some kinda resolution (the pull out bed was also broke & she also said she notated the account) we moved And then that pull out bed was also broken, and the AC/heater wasn't working so we kept the window cracked, went down and asked about it and was told someone would be up to reset the system and no one came until the day after when I went and reminded. The front desk again. Then we were without power for a few hours 4-6 hours, and on 2 of the days their breakfasts they offer, they were closed before the time stated. Some staff friendly, some are just miserable.

The breakfast had a good choice of options, with free coffee available at other times of the day. The location was easily accessible to Route 80 and a few minutes away from the Rockaway Townsquare mall. I would have preferred a firmer mattress.

The hotel staff would not allow Uber Eats to bring food up to my room. I have never had this happen before during any hotel stays.

Just all around good. Clean, customer service was great, quiet location, nice hot shower and comfortable king size.
