The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing negative to mention. Everything was great and met our expectations

Perfectly good hotel. Says refurbished I may have been in an area that wasn’t. The door was hard to close and the third floor shows signs of wear and tear. The staff are amazing and really helpful overall 4/5

I only stayed overnight from a wedding so I was unable to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer

The rooms (2) were clean and comfortable upon entry. Extra towels (2) were provided. The TV was set for computer hookups, with no directions or help from the desk, it took 30 minutes to shift the designated program to normal TV viewing. Very annoying. Since our reservations were for 4 days, we expected fresh towels and our bed made each day. This was not the case. Following a call to the desk, this situation was changed to clean towels and a made bed. Now, here is the question. Besides 4 walls and a TV plus bathroom, what are we paying for at almost $300+ a night?

The bathroom floor needed a little more cleaning, especially the grout, which looked stained and dirty.

They would not let us finish our meal in the dining area. We sat at a dirty greasy high top table and on sofas. The high top table had pizza cheese on it from previous night. The breakfast staff needs to be trained better, they were very unprofessional.

We arrived at 6 pm. Went up to the room and the door leading into the room was stuck. We went out to our event and came back at 12:30 am. We could not closed or lock our room. Security, told us we can’t stay in that room. It was now a violation. At 1:25 am we had to move from the 2 nd floor to the 4 th. The bed for the new room was soft and no one slept. Very disappointed in this hotel customer service. We never even was offered a water bottle at 1:00 am for our inconvenience. Definitely, will be calling corporate. The room never should have been sold that day.
