Check in with fast and the staff, the very friendly and pleasant to deal with

Staff was awesome room was cold and they had my name on tv it was great.

The plaza was amazing, clean, and beautiful.

I made a reservation through Expedia for a Queen room with a roll in shower, which was confirmed. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that this room was no longer available. I was offered a king room with a tub/shower with grab bars - okay - but I was told at the front desk at the same time that if I didn't take the room offered that my other choice was to use Expedia to find a different hotel. Really? The tub turned out to be VERY high and I had a hard time getting in and out with the misplaced grab bars that had been installed. Not to mention, things were further complicated by the malfunctioning tub drain that left me standing in a foot of water at the end of each shower. The bed was much too soft. It wasn't supportive at all. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Very disappointed!

The room was clean. It stinks there was no pool for the kids. The staff was nice. The fire alarm did go off our first night there.

This was a great location, in the middle of a Mall. Target,Ross, Michaels, Sephora..plenty of eateries. The room was clean and spacious, great King size bed, the air conditioning was excellent as well. The gym didn’t have any towels or cleaning wipes. I had to bring my own and the elevators didn’t match the cleanliness of the property. Overall I would stay again, the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and very nice. Plenty of space for belongings and I never felt cramped. Kitchen downstairs was very convenient! Would definitely recommend.

There was a dried up contact stuck to the bathroom floor. And the shampoo dispenser was completely empty. Before 6am the fire alarm rang. We all waited outside for over 30 min with no interaction or direction from anyone on the property At check out hours later all the emergency lights were still blinking and the alarm on the first floor was still sounding We took the key down. and the front desk person was busy and just told me to leave the key at the desk and didnt ask about the stay or apologize about what happened in the morning

There was none . I left there this morning but I booked for 2 nights

Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Perfect for a couple of nights visiting friends in the area.

Food was fair, bar was good for a small bar and the room was very clean.

From the moment I walked into the hotel it was very noticeable that it was clean. Staff was very friendly and rooms were very comfortable. I especially liked the 50” tv and plenty of streaming options.

The room was neat and comfortable. Cleaning staff overlooked number of towels, tissue paper. and replacement of water bottles. Limited freshly prepared breakfasts were poorly prepared and expensive.
