Knights Inn & Suites Dublin

The only good thing I can say about my stay, is that we did not bring bedbugs home with us The rooms were very dirty, you could even see a chicken nugget stuck in our air-conditioning system. In one of our rooms, the bed was totally broken where the mattress would tilt and you would fall out if you slept on that side. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and chemicals and there were cigarette burns in some of the comforters. The pillows were so flat that you had to fold them over twice to get any support for your head. One of our rooms was so bad, that we all just decided to sleep in one room together. The owner had no interest in giving us any kind of refund, and in fact charged me $40 extra for “an extra person“ two days after I had checked out. When I called back to state that I had paid for three rooms and had six people, he said that he would refund my money. That has yet to happen despite numerous calls. To summit it up, the facility was filthy, owner was unscrupulous, and it all cost way too much money for what we were offered. This hotel was the only one with any vacancy on a busy graduation weekend, but knowing what I know now, I should’ve just pitched a tent in the woods.

Did not use air conditioning. Breakfast was practically non-existent. Lawn mower in the hallways. Cigarette smell throughout. It was so bad, we sacrificed one nights charge and left early. We would not recommend it to anyone to stay.

Location There was chicken nugget in the heater, bugs under the sheet, and ceiling coming pieces coming down

Beds are extremely comfortable. located right off i-81. have stayed here before

I have stayed here every time I visit Dublin and will continue to stay here when in the area. I have no problems with the property.

Everything... the staff is always friendly. I always stay there. Location is great. Too dim, lights could be brighter. That is my only dislike.

They claimed that the rate was an Internet glitch.. Well if so they should inform the guest before we drive 4 hours there.

The staff is great and they make tou feel very welcome, Great location for anything you need and the price is great value. The only negative thing is the wifi isn't great back in my I never could get it and burned up all my data real quick

I was looking for a clean, safe, well appointed place to stay that was economical. Knights Inn delivered all that very nicely. Nearby to restaurants. I'd go back.

The location was fine. We did not have the breakfast The hallways smelled awful. The room was very dusty. The back outside entrance was not secured. We had a flea on us The day we left.

The staff Slight odor in the hallway, that's all.

The room wasn’t horrible! Beds were comfortable. But hallway and even the towel smelled like a 10 year old ashtray

Smell of smoke in halls. Switch not working. Stale air. Beds comfy. Breakfast not worth it.
