Quality Inn Dublin I-81

It is always disappointing when a hotel doesn't start serving breakfast until 7:00, especially when they are located close to an interstate and people are more than likely just passing through and not staying for tourist attractions. Also, the coffee that was in the lobby thermoses was cold, so we didn't have that to start our day with. Other than that, the hotel was clean, quiet and parking convenient. The pool looked great too.

The toilet seat was broken, they hid the blow dryer in a bottom dresser drawer. Had to ask where it was. Found a bag of tortillas in that dresser. They had a iron but no ironing board again good had to ask. Ran out of breakfast had to ask for more. Not a good experience. Will not book again.

I enjoyed staying at the Quality Inn in Dublin. The pool could have been a little better maintained. Otherwise good. Would stay there again.

had to ask for clean towels and wash cloths every day also very noisy in the evening in hallways till late the rooms were very clean but the out of date a/c units you either got cold and had to turn off but run some to get some air in room other than this room was good

Loved the location! Beautiful view of VA countryside. The room was clean and quiet. Coffee was available 24/7. Breakfast had eggs and sausage so there were other options other than strictly carbs. The staff was pleasant. I would stay here again.

The room and property were dirty. There was an unclean odor and vibe overall. We stayed here due to limited options with graduation weekend at Virginia Tech happening the same time we had a wedding to attend. Our bedspread had a red stain on it. The carpet had several white stains strewn in different areas. The chair in the corner was stained and filthy. We didn’t use it at all. The overall condition of the property was dingy. I guess our neighbors were smoking weed all night because it was seeping under the adjoining door from their room to ours. Overall do not recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed by how a lost item situation was handled. I accidentally left my toiletry bag hanging on the back of the bathroom door when I checked out. Realizing my mistake, I called the hotel approximately four hours later, but I was told that nothing had been found in the room. I am certain the bag was left there, which leaves me concerned about the hotel's lost-and-found procedures and room inspection process. While mistakes happen, I expect a more thorough effort to locate the item or investigate what happened. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my confidence in staying here again.

During our stay, we selected the non-refundable room with the "private hot-tub". Its not really a hot tub and just a tub in the middle of the room that wasnt clean. The water was all green. The day staff was not kind and quite rude. They would rather talk to their friends than help guest. While we did not enjoy our stay - i guess a positive was there was plenty of parking.

When the place is not busy they should keep an empty room in between people. The walls are so thin the people next door kept me awake just by talking normally. They were loud or screaming. Also a weird greasy coating on all the wood furniture. And the chair was severely stained. Should have been thrown out long ago.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. So pleased!

Our room wasn’t ready until almost 5. Rooms were not very clean either.
