Homewood Suites by Hilton DuBois, PA

The location was good. Upon checking out, I asked for a reciept and the associate at the desk said they couldn't give me one because I booked through a third party (Booki.ng.com). The associate wouldn't even give me a toatal cost based on what they called "confidential". I am the person paying for the room, they had my credit card number and my ID. What more do I need to get a reciept. EVERY other place I have ever stayed at was able to give me a reciept. Even though I almost always book through Booking.com. That hotel needs to train their employees and require them to continual training until they understand how to do their job. OR, get with the rest of the industry and change their policy on giving reciepts to the person who paid for the room!!

Staff Whole Hotel is under construction. Pool and gym out of order. Only one working elevator. Baggage racks were falling apart. They booked rooms in the construction zones, so all you hear is drilling and pounding ALL DAY.

This hotel is currently undergoing construction so it will most likely be in excellent condition once it is complete. All the staff we interacted with were amazing. Lots of food options close by. Close to route 80 as well.

Rooms have all necessary amenities. Property was under construction. It’s needed as the hotel has become dated. Continental breakfast was really bad.

Our room was clean. The toilet did not flush well and would fill up after flushing and then slowly go down. Looks like some areas of the hotel are undergoing renovation. The ice machine on our floor was not plugged in or not working - out of service. They charge a lot of money to stay here, but do not feel we received any value at all for the money spent.

Quiet Comfortable roomy room with full refrigerator. Had to walk forever to get to the room. Fitness room was closed- said out of order. Would have likes to use just the weights!

Exceptional

We stayed here for one night on a trip. The room was clean-ish, but it was recently poorly renovated and there was a lot of construction debris, the bathroom door was hung wrong and didn't shut, and the sofa bed was like sleeping on bare springs. The breakfast was good and well stocked. If you need a spot to sleep, the Hilton beds are always comfortable. But the overall feel was a bit neglected and poorly redone.

Fabulous Breakfast and Evening Social complete with Wine! Could make a dinner out of the fabulous offerings! Homewood Suites is my go too from now on!

Very clean and cute. Free breakfast was a plus. Convenient to the city as its right off the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Size of the room. Quiet location Check in front desk person not welcoming or helpful. Boxes in hallway. Stains in carpet and sofa. Dirty dishes. No cutlery. Thermostat not working. Broken sink. 75$ for one night one pet!!! Overall dated and not well maintained.

Super comfy bed, great continental breakfast, and nice and quiet! Perfect place to stop on a long drive.

We love staying there every time! Staff, room (the bed 😌), breakfast... everything was excellent! We will be back.
