This was the best hotel that I’ve stayed in in Atlanta. Everyone was really nice the clean the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have the best sleep and the best fun while being here this is my new hotel every time I come to Atlanta.

Budget Marriott. Below normal standards. Incredibly noisy PTAC. Slim pickings for breakfast. Didn’t even have tea.

Staff was very attentive

Parking was easy, the lobby was clean and fresh, and the attendant was kind at the front desk. I was really impressed with the quality of the room, and it was also clean and tidy! The only downside was the soap pump (which looked freshly replaced) wasn't working. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

The room was clean, the staff was helpful and nice..i would stay there again..

There was a set of coffee urns in the lobby (and very limited teabags - no black tea and all herbal - ugh!). So in the morning you must get dressed, take the elevator down to the lobby, pour a cup, and then carry it back to your room and start your morning ablations. How cheap can a hotel get!? This is NOT what I expect from the Marriott brand. Motel 6 had better amenities. The next night we stayed at ATL Airport Marriott (who treated us like kings) and they were shocked at the drinking glass/cup omission. City Express did have two beer taps at the front desk. Whoopee. I suggest they spend their money on cups in the rooms instead. What a ridiculous way to shave costs. Does parent Marriott know about this? I travel to Atlanta/Duluth regularly. I won't be back to City Express in Duluth.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the parking was free. Those are my top three concerns.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very helpful and it was nice also having the gym and laundry room. Its not a fancy hotel, but good for its purpose

Everything was great. It was really clean. The only problem we had was our toilet overflowed the morning we were leaving when we were trying to get ready and take showers.

When we checked in unfortunately for us the elevator was not working. It was fixed later that day. However we did have to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Not easy but we did what we had to do. A mom and her two young adult daughters. We originally had a room on the 3rd floor but I asked for a room closer to the first floor and we were given a room on the second floor because the first floor is reserved for pets. Overall it was a nice and clean place and we have no other complaints than the elevator when we first arrived. I would stay there again. It is also a good location.

Staff member came next day to fix tv and phone. Rude manager and unhelpful staff member every Badol and 1 other staff member that I came in contact with. Elevator was out service as well. No tissue boxes in the room and when asked the staff member mentioned they are short of them hence provide on request. No bin bags and the (GM) manager said we are recycle hotel hence don’t provide any so just throw the garbage in the box provided. Marriott had a restoration and class but after visiting here I’m appalled by the service and behaviour of the top management and duty staff.

Estuvimos por unas citas médicas y es la 3 vez que nos hospedamos desde Puerto Rico y honestamente de tantos en el área puedo decir que es excelente no tenemos quejas …

My first night was not pleasant. There was no hot or even warm water. The desk was not very helpful
-
Clean and well-maintained; straightforward and safe - near where I needed to be for work at a very reasonable price point.

The staff was great. The breakfast was okay. We stayed 2 nights. The first night when taking a shower the water was warm by morning we had no hot water at all. Luckily by the last night we were able to take a hot shower.

Room is clean. Good selections for breakfast. Just terrible internet connection especially if you are not a member. Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear noise outside of the room.
