Good stay, room clean, breakfast for a charge

Location is great, as it’s only a street away from the beach and the main shopping strip. Everything was only about 5-10 min away on foot. All in all it was a great stay.

The hotel is centrally located with several restaurants close by. The room was very clean. Stayed here one night and would stay here again.

Will stay again. Great staff. Clean, updated room.

Everything was great except we didn’t have enough towels in the room for everyone registered to stay. We had 4 people on the reservation, but only 2 wash clothes and 3 bath towels. It was easily fixed though.

Breakfast was not included in the room cost. It was typical low tier hotel breakfast that would not be worth purchasing. All drains in the room were clogged. Hotel hallway and room smelled like weed the whole time because someone kept smoking. Nearby guests were screaming in the hall and slamming doors until after 2am. Hilton garden inn is no longer the place to stay.

Staff was polite and helpful. Property was clean.

Check-in was easy and the staff were so polite and helpful. The room was very clean and we loved the hair care products were great to have, also the body wash. The bathtub faucet was broken and leaked, but was still usable. The fan in the bathroom did not work so everything stayed steamed up and hot forever. We had plenty of towels. If you want a very quiet space, the room we stayed in was noisy with mechanical noises, though we did grow accustomed to it and didn’t notice it after the first night. Overall, was a really good stay.

Convenient

Staff was great. Pool was inside and not well maintained. There is only snacky foods to take back to your room (did not have the breakfast). Room was comfortable. You know good for business trip but nothing more. Very much like a Hampton Inn.

They charge $15 for breakfast as if it is a buffet or something. No one eats at this hotel my entire stay I didn't see anyone eating breakfast. It overall was not worth it.

Save your money it is not worth it it's so much that I can complain about but I don't feel like typing it all up just know the room is not worth the price my first wrong had a bed bug and I have photos which I will try to upload. Staff is not professional they could care less about anything and they get it from the manager because she moves in a very unprofessional way so it's expected for her employees to do the same. I would never book again I'm actually thinking about taking it further than a review. My stay was not what I expected but I stayed because I needed to.
