Very clean and comfortable stay

I have stayed in this property three times because of its proximity to the Gas South Arena. The first two times, we felt welcomed and were offered the customary fee water bottles for bonvoy members. Unfortunately, this will be my last because of the staff at the front desk. I had to interact with two rude male staff members who were not very welcoming and had a bad attitude. When I inquired about the customary water bottles, I was told very rudely that they were not obligated but to take it, as if I was stealing from them!!! Do not recommend.

2) There was no soap in the bathroom. I had to shower with just shampoo. 3) There were Christmas decorations everywhere. It's July. 4) The door to our room didn't latch unless you shut the door manually. It scrapes the floor and gets stuck if you don't. 5) I wanted a snack from the snack closet near the check in desk, but it took over 20 minutes to ring up 4 bottled drinks and a snack. 6) I wanted to get something at the restaurant downstairs, but they didn't have any burgers or bacon. 7) I couldn't charge my phone on the nightstand. None of the outlets worked. 8) The hair dryer didn’t work 9) The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. For the amount of money it costs to stay here for one night, I expected far better. When I explained these issues to the agent at the front desk, I was offered a complimentary bag of BBQ chips and a cup of fruit. I appreciated her apology, but food doesn’t add value to the experience. I was pretty disappointed to have spent the amount I did for such a low return. I expected far better.

Would Stay again

The stay was okay! Why okay…I selected a room to have parking and breakfast including! Unfortunately, neither was available so I was told. In the room…unfortunately, I was looking at advertising the entire time…because of my location of the room!!!! I selected this hotel after learning the deverstation news that my beloved sister passed away in a fatal car accident! I was beside myself! I had to pay for breakfast and parking! So …I have nothing else to say except…not excepting the opportunity of needing the amenities that I choose on Expedia , to find out…I have to pay.

Great staff, nice clean and quiet hotel, really hit the mark for me far a convenience, location, and food. The hospitality is by far one of the best I have had in any hotel. I was very pleased with my stay and when I come back to the area this will be my choice hotel.

Great place to stay

The hotel and staff were great, and the property was clean and well maintained. My only disappointment was the unexpected parking fee, which I overlooked when booking. As a travel basketball mom, I also found the laundry facilities to be very inconvenient. There was only one washer and one dryer, and they only accepted coins, making it difficult to wash uniforms and requiring an extra trip to find change. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but the added parking cost and limited laundry facilities would keep me from staying here again.

The hotel was very clean and spacious which I loved but you can hear things from next door or outside and as far as parking, they said we had to pay $10 for parking daily to park overnight. If we knew that, we wouldn’t have got the hotel here because there are a lot of hotels in the area that are great quality and provides free parking.

The lady who checked us in was excellent!! The reason for the 3 star is - there is an OBVIOUS management issue.

They had a new computer system that seemed to be giving them issues. They were very pleasant and the room was perfectly acceptable. Only complaint was black fuzzies in the shower. I do not know if was mold or mildew, but we thankfully only spent one night, and a quick rinse was all we needed.
