It was a good stay. Relaxing. Peaceful. The staff helped when there were issues I caused myself. None of the issues were theirs. The price was great. The food and service staff were all good at what they do and accommodating.

Everything was clean and neat. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Would stay again.

Convenient place to stay when attending an event at Gas South Arena. Able to walk to the venue and felt safe. Staff were friendly at check-in and check-out. The only complaint and not really a compliant maybe just inconvenience was the lighting in the room. There was only one lamp and two wall sconces. It just seemed dark to me. I would stay again if I attend another event at the arena.

Plenty of parking. Breakfast was decent for buffet at $5 per person.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years for a convention that we attend yearly. This past weekend we stayed again and our vehicle was broken into, our window broken, and our personal items stolen from our vehicle. According to the police, several vehicles were broken into on the same night at the hotel. I let the front desk know in the morning and they said that they were aware and that they were sorry. That was it. I stayed with the police for an additional hour reporting all that was stolen and submitting pictures of the damage. As the day went on, we realized that we could no longer park our car there as we had no window and could not secure the vehicle or protect it from the elements. I went in to speak with the manager and let her know that we had to check out and go home a day earlier. Basically, she just kept saying that she was sorry but there was nothing that she could do. My vehicle had been parked directly across from the front door of the lobby. I couldn't understand how they had not heard the alarms from all of the cars. The manager kept saying that she parked in the handicapped (she said she had a sticker) because her windows were tinted and she didn't want the same thing to happen to her. If the hotel had handled this differently (offered more assistance from the beginning) this would have been better. They could have offered a garbage bag to cover the window, assistance in finding someone to replace the window, a bottle of water even?

The staff were very nice, however, the hotel was dated and not well maintained! For starters, the hallways were hot, smelly, and poorly lit. The ice maker on the 5 th floor did not work, and the treadmill was out of order. Our room was awful! It smelled musty the air conditioner was loud, and did not properly cool the room. The rooms were poorly lit, and very dated. The bathroom was disgusting! There was mold in the shower, the caulk was moldy and gross. The sink faucet leaked around the base, and you could barely close the door for privacy. I regret booking a non refundable hotel!! Unfortunately we were stuck there because we would be out several hundred dollars if we went somewhere else.

The hall smelled awful

I was very happy with the staff, room etc. My only concern was that there was only one person to take orders, get food prepared and taken out to guests on the evening just prior to big concert next door. Poor lady was very stressed, but handled it as best she could. The length of time to place our order, and get our food was well over an hour and a half. That caused stress for guests trying to get something to eat before the concert. Otherwise, everything was great!

We love that we can bring our dog as well. The staff is exceptionally nice. We did the breakfast one day. It was a full hot breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

Booked a king room and got a room with 2 queens. The clerk was said she would credit us breakfast but we had already paid when we booked the room. Then we were offered ONE (1) item from the market. She made sure to restate 1 item. Breakfast cost $4.99 per person not a bad price but it 1 bottle of water from the market in no way equates to $10.00. I’m sure holiday inn buys in bulk and maybe pays 50 cents per bottle. So don’t act like you are doing anyone a favor by “giving” a bottle of water for an inconvenience of the hotel over booking rooms! Lastly, the food in the restaurant was terrible. We had a flatbread pizza and the two ladies next to us had the Doritos nachos. They said it was terrible and it looked as well. We had to get up and get our own napkins and the ladies next to us had to ask for extra plates as they were sharing the appetizer. I ordered a glass of wine and the glass was dirty. The hotel was adequate but I advise skipping any meal served there.

Great service

Location Check in area very small and is 10 feet from the front door in front of the front door. It took me 30 minutes to check in and I had 10 people behind me waiting.
-
No EV charging on site, but free in a nearby parking deck when no event planned.
