The entire property was spotless, from the lobby and common areas to our guest room. It's clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment for its guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing rooftop bar. The ambiance was perfect, and it provided a great place to unwind in the evening. While enjoying a cocktail or two, you can also order food from their menu. They also have a bar near the lobby, another restaurant and a Starbucks, offering a variety of choices without having to leave the property. Overall, the Westin Atlanta Gwinnett delivered an outstanding experience in every way. We enjoyed it so much, that we even extended our stay. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Atlanta/Gwinnett area!

Room was clean

The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never done each day. I pointed out that this is a supposed 4-star near top of the range establishment and that that seemed highly unlikely. On top of this, when we arrived the bellman helped us inside with out bags and said we should ask for someone else to bring them up to the room. Nobody did, so I went down to the front desk to follow up. Later the front desk lady delivered the bags to the room. On our departure I went to the front desk to ask for a luggage trolley as I presumed this was up to me now. The front desk person told me guests couldn't do this, only hotel staff. Someone came to help with the bags later on. Finally on our way out of the room to leave, we ran into the cleaning lady going from room to room on our floor. It was around 10.30 am. Clearly the hotel does make up rooms on a daily basis meaning that the front desk person had told me a bare faced lie to cover up the fact that the hotel had messed up by not making up our room. There is more but I have no more room. Poor

This is a very beautiful hotel . So convenient to the concert that we went to have stayed here three times prior to this. We’ll keep on going back. Everything was nice and clean and so close to everything we needed it to be. Every thing was super great

Rooms are extremely nic and clean, hotel and decor is amazing!! Restaurants and overstory rooftop bar is...well over the top!!! We will most definetly br back...soon!
