Wonderful property

Toilet required multiple flushes to flush everything Dishwasher barely wash dishes We required trash pick up and they said leave it in the hallway and it stayed there for multiple days without getting picked up We brought dirty towels to the front desk and expected to exchange them But the front desk lady said don’t bring them to the desk anymore. She said, leave them at the door. We do not like your hotel. Everything was pretty bad, but I’ll tell you that the only thing that was really nice. Was the lady at the morning breakfast she was the super nicest person in the world.

My wife and I arrived at around 2 am Saturday to find out that the air conditioning did not work; thermostat did not work and the phone in the room did not work either. I was too tired to walk to front desk. Told them about it in the morning when we went to breakfast and It was fixed however it was too late my the time because we were scheduled to check out in a couple of hours.

Clean and good price

Our family has been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years due to its proximity to Gas South Arena where my kids compete for District Championships in taekwondo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and neat. I guess it’s our lucky hotel every year my kids win! Hopefully see you again next year!

Nice friendly staff. Quiet, clean peaceful area. Pulled out sofa bed it had crumbs on it and trash under it. Thespace between the bed and the bed side table hadn't been dusted in a while. Some of the utensils in the silverware draw was dirty with food particles still on them.

Great stay! Clean rooms! Lots of restaurants around the hotel.

Stay was a good one. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have ice buckets and vending options weren’t as of a variety as I would have liked. Breakfast spread was pleasantly surprising and staff was super helpful with any questions I had.

Love this hotel!! Staff is so nice and recognized us from last stay. Made us feel at home and appreciated.
