Close to main interstate Beds were very worn out. Sagging mattresses. Loose towlets.

The staff was very rude act irritated whenever I had questions. Bugs were crawling on the bed stains all over the wall. I asked for my room to be switched the man at the front desk, got mad at me and said that I can no longer book with them once I check out

I had a very late check-in, and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The customer service was great, and I felt relatively safe at night. The other guests also seemed normal and respectful. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was another story. The smell was overwhelming! A combination of cigarette smoke, heavy aerosol sprays, and who knows what else. I'm being completely honest when I say it was the worst smell I've ever encountered coming from a motel room. I had to immediately cover my face when I walked in. There was also what appeared to be black mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the ceiling itself looked like it could potentially give way at any moment. I was honestly too uncomfortable to shower or touch much of anything. Thankfully, I only booked the room to rest my eyes for a few during a long drive. Otherwise, I would have asked for a refund and left immediately. The front desk staff deserves credit for being kind and professional, but the condition and smell of the room were unacceptable.
