The room smells so bad. The carpet looks so dirty. It was such a bad experience.

Everything good berry clean

The toilet seat also had dark dirt stains. I’m not sure if they were from someone using the restroom before we arrived or if someone had stepped on the toilet. The front desk receptionist did not seem to care about anything. Every time we saw him, he was on his phone, and his attitude was not welcoming at all. I immediately requested a refund and canceled the rest of our stay due to the unpleasant experience. I would definitely not recommend staying here if this is the type of service and cleanliness guests can expect. My partner and I were very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay.

I stayed at this hotel a few years back when it was still under Hyatt, which was great, but since this place is under new management, this hotel has never been repaired or updated; therefore, the state is terrible and the environment.

People would throw trash and dirty linen in front of elevators — not sure why this would be allowed by staff Cleaning of room had to be requested constantly only to come and find bathroom without any towels. Front desk phone was never answered Sketchy people constantly around hotel which made feel very uneasy Elevators would smell of marijuana

The room was smelly and stifling stains on the carpet. The shower when you take a bath in the tub it fills up with water poor drainage. Also, they were dirty, laundry and garbage in the hallway. I spoke to the staff about changing room and he said it probably would have the same drainage problems so I had to leave.

Booked a reservation and it was cancelled with out my notice no email or anything

DO NOT STAY HERE! Pictures are 100% misleading. The rooms were dirty, there was hair in the bathtub, phone and lights above bed didn’t work, there were springs coming up from the let out bed. Drug use happening right outside entrance to hotel… On our way up the elevator we stopped at the desk to speak to staff about cutting our stay short. A man approached the desk saying that some individual had come into his room and attacked him. He then became upset and started throwing things off the lobby counter. I have a 1year old and this experience was horrible. Not even a partial refund was given.

Hotel and room were sufficient as suffering through physical issues

Everything you need is near by but this would be a great place to stay if it wasn’t so much going on around there

Staff helped in time of distress

Helped me when suffered through hardship hold my items and reduced my deposit being held to 25 my sugar exploded and was safe besides a blue hamper of dirty clothes stolen or missing

Saw a bug running on the floor in check-in date. Got tick bites during sleeping. No towel change. No microwave. Someone knocked the door at night.
