This property was so trash, the worst hotel I've ever been too, I even spoke to other guest to see if my experience was just personal to my family and I. Theres was the same or similar. Not good. Oh no, my room resemble a crime scene and unkept, when asked to change room the front desk was not very helpful, nothing worked and the carpet was strained with what looks like dried blood. First experience ever!! I will never ever stay at this hotel ever again.

Our room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are in tough shape. Weird smells in the lobby bathroom. No breakfast.

Everything was good just needed a microwave and less pressure on the water in the shower.

The smell of the floor we stayed on smelled really bad. People stacked trash right by the elevator as well and it started to smell. It was hair in the shower when me and my family checked in. The carpet was dirty and had a lots of stains. The sofa bed was stained and looked dirty. The sink faucet was to close so every tike we went to wash our hands etc water would get all over the sink. The bathroom was way too small and not comfortable!

There were roaches in my bathroom, the tv didn’t work at all, and people kept trying to open our door through the night.

To be honest, the only thing I "liked" about this hotel was the place it was at and that it was cheap. Definitely understood why this hotel was on the cheap side. First of all I got charged multiple times on my card. I stayed 4 days and from day one I got charged once, second day I got charged twice, and when I woke up from my last day at the hotel I got charged again. Staff didn't really help much as they have no clue why it was happening. Second while my friend and I were out doing our own thing, the cleaning crew took our towels away and did not replace them. Third, after a long day I wanted to watch some tv to relax and eat my food that I took out to go. Come to find out the remote does not have batteries to turn the tv on, SMH. TV doesn't have buttons on each sides. Fourth, I was supposed to sleep in the sofa bed but when I pulled it out the sheets were so dirty and so is the bottom of the couch, I was definitely grossed out. When we got to the room on the first day, there was a little trash left behind from previous guest. There were no trash can in the room. Also the elevator was skecky, the door kinda closes hard, have random bumps going up and down, and it smelled like old rusty metal inside.

I liked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the property! EVERYTHING! The rooms were dirty. The halls were musty. We changed rooms 3 times because the air didn’t work in any of them.

Upon checking in to my room, the tv remote didn’t work. The ice machine on my floor was not working. There was trash in the hallway by the elevator. The kitchen was filthy. Stains on the floor in my room. The room also had a strange smell. There was no microwave in the room.

Nothing Very dirty

This property had free wifi, full gym with workout equipment, and swimming pool. The outside is well maintained but indoors everywhere, the carpet needs to be replaced because the odor when you enter the hotel, it smells like heavy mildew. I did feel secure and the bed cover felt clean but was damp. There was a big roach in the room and the restroom was partially clean because there was crud residue on all the door handles especially the restroom bars and the remote control. The restroom faucets was not positioned into the sinks. So, water splashed everywhere. There was a puddle of water that kept coming back in the bathroom but not coming from the bathtub nor the sink. I kept using towels to cleanup the puddles of water. The front desk concierge were all very accommodating but never answered the phone when I called from my room.

Should’ve listened to the reviews. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The outside looks nice. The lobby looks nice. But that’s about it. The room was disgusting. Stains on the headboards and couch. Mold. Roaches. The faucet was broken. The toilet was loose and missing the screws that hold it to the floor. Kids tried to use the oil but even they were disgusted by it. We tried to pull through because it was only for one night but we could not take the smell of mold in the room. It was making us feel sick. We decided we’d ask for another room. Went down to the lobby around 9pm. Smelled of Marijuana and no staff members were around. There was a line at the front desk waiting for someone to show up to help. At that point we decided we’d just leave and make the long ride home and drive through the night. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not far from my parents house Broken down. One working elevator stairs smelled like urine room smelled like smoke no cleaning service, teens hanging around lobby and outside all hours trash/dirty towels outside room doors. One microwave in lobby for everyone to use which was dirty

Only 1 elevator works and its slow and grimey looking. Took them over a hour to find me a room with working ac! I was given 4 rooms before I was given a room with working ac. The iron bled brown water on my white shirt. No compensation was offered. Never staying there again!

The property had friendly customer service/staff. There was several things I didn’t enjoy about the stay, being that I stayed for a full week. Considering that the room phones in neither rooms worked. We had multiple rooms due to multiple people staying at one time. One room tv wasn’t operative. As I said neither room phone worked. There was trash, the sink and the tub were stopped up, the hotel didn’t carry the best smell, the hotel didn’t provide breakfast even though it’s advertised that they did. The room are perfect size the executive suite . It has a kitchenette space , sitting areas and two beds. However, there’s no microwave unless you go downstairs to the lobby area. The pool wasn’t clean and ready for usage which was one of the main reason I booked this hotel. The hotel had a lot of maintenance issues. It wasn’t surprising how many people resided at the hotel but it wasn’t surprising that we didn’t have a washing and drying area for long term staying . When majority of occupants were long term resident . The staff was great, however the hotel need work.

I am not going to use again

I was able to check in very easily. The staff at the desk were great. Room was clean and had no issues. Definitely will stay again.
